空港について初日は、ベストウェスタンはベストなチョイスだと思っています。 チェックイン時間を気にせずよく、場所も見つけやすく、清潔で、ゆっくり休むことができます。今回も、道が混んでおり、チェックインが夜10時を超えていましたが、問題ありませんでした。 レストランが改装中でいつもとは違ったら形だったかも知れませんが、朝食も良いものでした、

素敵なお部屋と美味しい食事、静かな環境で大変満足しました。

雰囲気のある英国の建物で、部屋も広く満足でした。朝食はノーマルなイギリス風。中心街からも徒歩可能。不満はWi-Fiが弱かったことぐらいです。

歴史ある建物をうまくリノベートして滞在しやすくしていました。超高級ホテルという感じではありませんが、コストパフォーマンスも高いと思います。スタッフは皆感じの良い人たちで親切に対応してもらいました。

市内中心、大聖堂から徒歩約10分の苦にならない距離。寧ろ静寂に囲まれ市内より寛ぐ事ができました。至る所に趣味の良い絵画が飾られ和ませてくれる。部屋自体のスペースは広くは無いが清潔感にあふれて快適に過ごすことが出来た。次回また機会が有れば訪れたい場所である。

カンタベリーの駅からは少し遠いですが、部屋の装飾やスタッフは非常に好ましかったです。バーに取り揃えてあるお酒の種類も多くてよかった。

Place is in mid refurbishment, so the dated rooms will look better when done.

The price paid for a non air-conditioned room was criminal. There were building works in progress which hopefully will improve the ambience for guests in the future.

Conveniently located and walkable distance to the city centre . The rooms are bit dated but they are refurbishing the restaurant so hopefully the room will be next on the list .

We stayed here for a night on our way out to Dover for a cruise. This hotel was a great stop after our long travel day. The staff were so kind and welcoming. They were happy to assist with any needs. The facility does not have air conditioning like many places in England but they provided a fan in the room and brought ice to anyone who needed it due to the heatwave. The room was so cute and comfortable and the location was in easy walking distance from all the sights we wanted to see while we’re were there. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Only other thing to mention is it’s hard to see the sign for in from the road so we missed the turn the first time we drove by but were able to turn around and find it. :)

It was a shame the restaurant was not in use but did supply a small option of food in bar otherwise lovely hotel

Good location with a 15/20 minute walk into town, quite an old fashioned hotel and a little tired, bed duvet smelt a little musty as though it hadn’t been washed for a while, although the inner sheets did smell clean.

A beautiful hotel & a perfect 2 night stay in a lovely room. Great Reception & Bar Staff. We stayed as attending 2 Kent CCC matches just further along the New Dover Road. Free parking throughout the stay which was ideal, easy walk to both the City itself & the cricket. Would totally recommend this hotel & look forward to staying again next summer. A credit to the Best Western "portfolio" !

Stop over hotel to Dover, bar was nice and food good

We were very lucky to have a beautiful room with separate lounge and large bathroom with separate bath and shower. These were newly decorated. Some areas of the hotel have yet to be redecorated and there is no restaurant. There is a bar but no one seems to be in charge although everyone was friendly. Very much in the process of becoming a good hotel. Free parking. Quite.

Staff were very helpful but the rooms were very hot. Our room was on the top floor in the roof. Extremely hot with no air, only had a small fan, windows didn’t open very far, I understand our stay was in the heatwave but the heat in the room was unbearable, couldn’t sleep, there wasn’t any ventilation at all. We did ask to be moved to another room but there wasn’t any available, we was offered a bucket of ice to put in front of the fan, but didn’t make any difference. Overall not a very good experience, would not return.

Super hôtel avec une vraie histoire, magnifique hôtel, belle chambre avec le charme britannique, restaurant parfait et super service, personnels très agréable et d’une gentillesse parfaite, emplacement parfait avec parking, centre à 5 min à pied
