運河が見える部屋を予約しました。 清潔で冷房も効いていて快適でした。 部屋とバスルームも充分に広くて満足です。 運河は見えますが裏の道なので静かですが少し寂しい感じです。 朝食はとっていないのでわかりません。

立地、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、スタッフの対応、価格すべて満足のいく宿でした。船の駅から段差なくアクセスできるので、荷物の多い方にもお勧めできます。ヴェネツィアにおいてこの価格でこのクオリティのお宿はなかなかないと思います。個人的には、屋上の小さなテラスがお勧めです。コーヒーとパンでも買って朝からゆっくりできますよ。

水上バスから徒歩5分程度で場所は便利です。スタッフも親切、室内も快適ですが、固定シャワーの水圧が低い、無料Wi-Fiのスピードが遅いのが残念でした。

カンナレージョの賑やかな通りから少し裏に入るとある、静かなホテル。見つけるのは難しいが、一度分かればリアルトも空港ヴァポ(Fondamente Nove)駅も徒歩10～15分、周辺にスーパー・デリカ・バカーロもあって便利。朝食はシンプルだが果物もあるし、部屋はいかにも欧風な内装で清潔。オフシーズンだったこともあり、値段充分のクオリテイだった。

別館に宿泊しました。前面道路の車の通行も少なく静かに過ごせました。　オーナーに教えてもらったトラットリアも味、雰囲気、サービス最高でした。

私たちの泊まった部屋はリクエスト通り運河の見える部屋の102号室。部屋は快適ですが上階からの水の音が気になりどうしようもありませんでした。 トイレなのか？シャワーなのか？水を使うたび『ポタポタポタポタ・ジャジャージャジャー』 音が気にならない人にはいいかもしれませんが・・・ 部屋が違えば大丈夫なのかもしれませんね 部屋はこじんまりとしていてかわいい。朝食の食器もカドーロの名前が入っていてかわいかったし水の音だけ残念でした。

わたしと主人と、11ヶ月の娘とで４泊 滞在しました。 水上バスの最寄り駅Ca'd'Oroからは徒歩５分程度。細い路地の先にあり、入り口は隠れ家的ですが、運河沿いにあるためベネチアらしい雰囲気が素敵です。 サービスや設備は中級ですが、カナルビューの広い部屋を予約していたので、赤ちゃん連れでも問題なく快適に過ごせました。 バスタブがなかったことは残念でした。 フロアマップを見たところ、バスタブ付きの部屋はかなり少数のよう。 朝食もなかなか良く、高級ホテルではないがまた利用してもいいかなと思えるホテルです。

Clean room and very helpful staff. The location was excellent. I enjoyed the water taxi ride from and to the airport.

A tiny room, but that was expected. Very clean and the continental breakfast, which was an extra cost was absolutely delicious.

The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. One negative was the A/C didn’t work well. It was 22 C at night in our room. We had asked about this when we first arrived and they told us the A/C doesn’t get colder than 21 C…they did give us a fan to use but it was still too warm. If you’re planning on visiting Venice any other time than summer, it should be fine.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice continental breakfast.

Very nice place!! I would stay here again. Staff was great, rooms were modern and clean and the location was decent.

Het hotel lijkt bij binnenkomst minimalistisch maar de kamer was super en uitstekend schoon. De airco werkte goed en er was een prachtig uitzicht over de gracht. Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd en personeel erg vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Clean with large rooms and just a ferry ride to San Marco

Fantastic hotel. Great location - easy to access from airport and train station + close to everything, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean. 10/10
