総合評価とレビュー Hôtel de la Vallée

広めのダブルルームを選んだら、予想以上に広くて快適でした。お風呂とシャワールームもあり、そしてトイレが別々にあって、日本人の私には良かったです。 朝食のパンはとてもサクサクで美味しかったです。受付のムッシュはとても早口のフランス語でしたが親切でした。 駐車場には、雨が降っていても濡れずに建物内から直接行けました。 ホテルにあった案内のレストランは、近くにあり、とても親切でsympaで、美味しかったです。早めに行かないと人気らしく満員でした。 また行くなら、ここを選びます。

フロントの方は親切です。バスの予約、次の滞在先への連絡など気安く応じていただきました。 バス停やモノプリなどもすぐ近くにあって便利でした。 ルルドにはいくつかバス停があり、インフォメーションセンターでホテルの近くのバス停を教えてもらって移動が楽になりました。

It is a little far from the Grotto and street where the hotel Is located is unlit. But the staff are very friendly and acvomodating!

Service was outstanding, room was clean and comfortable, location was short walks from all of Lordes’ sites and restaurants and shops. A quietly welcoming stay. Nice.

The staff and this hotel were exceptional. They communicated very timely giving exact directional information we were looking for. We highly recommend this place to anyone. We hope they will be happy staying here.

We had a great stay at the hotel, the staff was very friendly. Free parking spots on the streets or a garage where you can park the car for 9€/night. The hotel is very central.

Staff was very helpful. Meals were wonderful. Recommend dinner at the hotel. So relaxing and cozy.

Lovely place. Very friendly owners and staff. We had breakfast as dinner at the hotel on different days and it was very good. Room was good. Separate bathroom and toilet, which was very convenient.

This hotel is a gem. It’s an easy walk to the Lourdes candlelight procession and churches. Make sure to take the elevator instead of walking the entire way! (Ask front desk to find out where it is :) ). Actual coffee cups in the rooms and fantastic bamboo toothbrushes! Breakfast was good and staff extremely accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Muy agradable, llegamos antes de la hora establecida y pudimos entrar a las 14:00 a la habitacion. Muy amables aunque me cobraron la tasa local de 1.5€ por un niño de 14 años cuando ellos no pagan. No hablan español pero nos entendimos en ingles.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Petit bémol, le monsieur qui nous a accueilli n’était pas correct.
