I thought the bus to Vancouver was departing from the entrance at the Westin’s driveway, and I even asked the doorman to confirm it. But in fact, the bus stop was actually across the street. Luckily, the bus driver came all the way to the front desk to find me, though he said he had already passed by three times. I really wish the doorman had known something as simple as this after all, I’m a tourist and that’s exactly why I’m asking.

The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in.

Room was dirty and even after staying one day someone came to clean the room didn’t even take the garbage out no Vaccum no beds. We phoned then they send someone and did everything

Super convenient and loved that they take your skis back to the hotel at the end of the day! Close to so many restaurants and shopping.

Excellent hotel, service and staff, full spa with delightful outside swimming pool and jacuzzi, good restaurant, and the location is perfect, steps away from the village and main lifts. Convenient if a little expensive valet parking. Kitchen in our unit was fully functional. I will stay there again if I’m back in Whistler.

The room is well designed. Full kitchen is very useful. But it isn't a 4star. Many things in the room/amenities not working (doors, phone, ice machine) it is missing on the details. Staff are lovely though.

Disappointing Stay at the Westin Whistler After a recent stay at the Westin Whistler, I left feeling underwhelmed and unlikely to return. The room was visibly tired — scraped and scratched walls, peeling wallpaper, and a view looking directly into a back pathway. For the price point Whistler commands, this level of upkeep simply isn’t acceptable. To be fair, there were bright spots: the restaurant staff were attentive and the housekeeping team were pleasant and friendly. But with so many outstanding hotel options in Whistler, the Westin needs to invest seriously in its rooms to justify a return visit. Sadly, it won’t be getting one from us.

Amazing experience

Everything was great but pool area is very limited and gets very busy. Sauna is small and kids running in and out of sauna despite sign saying no kids under 16. They treat it like a playground. No staff to help manage that. Buffet breakfast for my 12 year old was $50 which I found very steep. Rooms and hotel grounds well kept and staff very friendly.
