I thought the bus to Vancouver was departing from the entrance at the Westin’s driveway, and I even asked the doorman to confirm it. But in fact, the bus stop was actually across the street. Luckily, the bus driver came all the way to the front desk to find me, though he said he had already passed by three times. I really wish the doorman had known something as simple as this after all, I’m a tourist and that’s exactly why I’m asking.

The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in.

Great room, great location, staff service was great. They just botched our check in room with giving us an occupied room. But they remedied that very well.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Westin. The views were incredible, the gym and pool areas were excellent. The whole vibe was relaxing but steps away was a party of that’s what you are looking for.

The check in process took too long. There was a line up of people and only one person checking people in. First impression was wasting time. The room was too hot. Especially in the loft sleeping area. The sofa bed squeaked so badly it kept us all awake the first night. Prices at restaurants was high for what you get. No free breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel's location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Great hotel and resort, pleasant staff, the gym and pool amenities are the perfect addition to your Whistler stay. My family and I had a wonderful time here. 10/10

The front desk was so helpful to me when I asked where can find a trail to run around the area. He was so knowledgeable about area. He wrote four trails for me to check! Our room was just right on! But the shower door leaks water, by the time you end up showering, the bath room floors are flooded with water, we need to throw our towels to contained the water from the shower room.

Excellent Hotel - with Great Staff!

Our first room was not cleaned properly, it had water marks on the bathroom floor, hair on the couch, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and it just felt gross. We were moved to another room but this room was also not cleaned properly they’re was a clear hair elastic still on the floor (i don’t use these) i tried to have a bath and there was black hair all in the bathtub, the sheets had tiny black stains and the carpet was crusty in some areas and i didn’t feel comfortable walking around without socks on. It also it just didn’t feel or smell clean. I felt uncomfortable complaining again at this point as we had been travelling all day it was about 10:30 and im pregnant so i was tired and upset that we had spent a big amount for 3 nights for the rooms to be dirty and outdated. We came to the hotel to relax before the baby, so we decided to just go to bed. the pool floor was also dirty when we went down most times i felt uncomfortable taking my flip flops off. The staff was nice and helpful. I’ve stayed at many places in whistler and this has been the most expensive and the worst experience of all. Very disappointing for us.
