客室立地は素晴らしい モールと直結されており家族連れには非常に便利 このホテルの難点は古いエレベーターです 3つエレベーターがありますが待ち時間が長い エレベーターを最新式に変えるべき 朝食付きで宿泊しましたがあまり美味しくはありません 毎日同じようなメニューばかりでした スタッフは良いです またチップをベッドに置いておきましたが、ありがとうございますと書かれたメモがありました 心遣いに感心しました

Old but has huge room and located next to mall.

We were in a higher floor. Our stay was OK except I hope they deep clean the aircon wood panels. They are mouldy. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. So many choices to choose from. The staff Service was excellent as well.

Close proximity to business activities, shopping mall is next door, good breakfast, gym and pool, have good 3 night stays there.

Very happy and relax environment, all your staff in all ranking are extremely polite, courteous and professional. Day to day contact been treated every morning at breakfast by Eric whose so warm, well mannered, been asking what are our needs and wants, politely and cheerfully he 's been going round serving all guests from table to table as well as light chat with them. Similarly the other staff as well very helpful and well trained. Guests are always no. 1! Even the uniform groups are also given the same treatment 👏 excellent service.

Room staffs and security are super helpful and nice! Location right next to Robinson mall in Manila. Hotel room furnitures is old, but amenities are nice, vegetable based shampoo, conditioner, soap. Small Open air pool on 5th floor. Breakfast is far, but quite nice, if you get to eat on the 7corner restaurant, but when it is full of people, you would be seated upstairs and breakfast was lame there. Check in check out was easy and quick. Carpet needs to be renewed, otherwise room view is fantastic. Thanks!

It was fun and enjoyable stay. Even if its an old hotel, the service and cleanliness still meet standards expected with Holiday Inn. The rooms are very spacious and bed is comfortable. Very good location.

We love the breakfast buffet. The reception area however should have a good reception area instead on people standing long line waiting for their turn.

I lost my office barong there. I called the hotel many times the customer service told me that the item was not there. I know to myself I left it there near bed.

Very good. Room was larger than expected. Very quick check in and check out process.

1. In the middle of the night someone entered to my room! It was a horrifying experience. I came down to complain to the manager. Apparently, they checked me into the different room that I was assigned to. 2. The aircon is making sound. 3. The breakfast was not good (subjective opinion) 4. The elevator got sign at the lobby "repair in progress" but I got to come down using that elevator to the lobby. 5. I only get 1 towel in the bathroom. No other towel or even shower matt

I was stay for 5 night and have 2 days problem with AC. I think management not to seriously take care customer complaint since they only talking via phone and send OJT employee to talk with. My first bad experience on 4 star hotel. Already chat with sales manager (monnete) as well for halal food concern.
