ゆったりとした時間が流れています。気になるのは食事をする所と思われますが。 レストランは3箇所しかありません。西洋、メキシカン、和食です。 和食では寿司職人の方は日本人の方がいらしゃいます。食材調達の難しい中、現地の食材を含めて日本やカナダから調達し、新鮮な食材で提供していただけます。個人的には異国の地でとっても美味しくいただけました。日本酒や焼酎もあります。7日間の滞在で3回行きました。 西洋は日本人の方であれば、アペタイザー1品、メイン1品で十分かと思われます。味は比較的日本人には合うと思います。メキシカンは行きませんでした（街に出て食べました） 朝食は美味しいですが、夕方まで何もいらないくらいのボリュームはあります。 十分に堪能されるには宿泊費と同等の値段でお釣りが少し戻ると考えていただければと思います（二人で行った場合）。 ちなみにこのホテルに日本人の方は、年間約40組程度しかいらっしゃらないそうです。家族連れの方はほとんどがルームサービスで済ませているそうです（バルコニーにセットしてもらえます）

This place is heaven. The service is unmatched. If you are celebrating an anniversary or birthday and want something extra - go to the Palmilla.

Last minute stay. Can not say enough about the property and staff. A One and Only experience that made us a resort fan.

This property is simply magical and the staff is amazing….so kind, attentive, and happy. Many families have been working at the resort for generations and it shows. We have always been adverse to kids clubs because it felt wrong to send them away inside on a family vacation but my girls, ages 6 and 8, loved it so much. They were wonderful with the kids! They have an activity/craft every hour so for example, they’d make candles at 10 am for an hour while we went to the adult pool, then go back at 3 pm to make piñatas. This resort is a splurge but I would rather stay 3-4 nights here than 8 nights somewhere less expensive. The experience is top notch and worth every penny.

This property is unbelievably unique in that it is surrounded in meticulously lush landscaping in such an otherwise arid environment. It is so beautifully maintained that you feel transported to paradise each time you step out of your room... which is also beautifully appointed. Difficult to say what I don't like about the property but it is likely going to need some cosmetic updates in the coming years.
