ゆったりとした時間が流れています。気になるのは食事をする所と思われますが。 レストランは3箇所しかありません。西洋、メキシカン、和食です。 和食では寿司職人の方は日本人の方がいらしゃいます。食材調達の難しい中、現地の食材を含めて日本やカナダから調達し、新鮮な食材で提供していただけます。個人的には異国の地でとっても美味しくいただけました。日本酒や焼酎もあります。7日間の滞在で3回行きました。 西洋は日本人の方であれば、アペタイザー1品、メイン1品で十分かと思われます。味は比較的日本人には合うと思います。メキシカンは行きませんでした（街に出て食べました） 朝食は美味しいですが、夕方まで何もいらないくらいのボリュームはあります。 十分に堪能されるには宿泊費と同等の値段でお釣りが少し戻ると考えていただければと思います（二人で行った場合）。 ちなみにこのホテルに日本人の方は、年間約40組程度しかいらっしゃらないそうです。家族連れの方はほとんどがルームサービスで済ませているそうです（バルコニーにセットしてもらえます）

Amazing in every possible way. Lived up to the reputation.

Most wonderful place I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful grounds and amazing and kind staff. Restaurants on the property were excellent- we left only one time during our four night stay. Looking forward to returning.

The staff were wonderful and the beach access is unbeatable

Well first off the property was beautiful. Very old but well maintained and the landscape was lush! It felt like you were somewhere very tropical and not in the dry desert of Cabo. This was our first stay in a 5 star resort . I wasn’t sure what to expect but I do think I had high expectations due to reviews and the price. The service was ok. There were a few times where I asked for simple things not on the menu and was told they couldn’t do it. But then they said they would talk to the chef (for a bowl of mixed berries and shrimp cervice’) .., and came back saying that they would make an exception and that is was a special treat to be able to get something off the menu. We have stayed at many resorts and have always been easily able to make a substitution. Not sure if they just wanted you to think they were going above and beyond but it was odd. Again.., expected more! Our butler was often very slow to get back to us with small requests like ice or different mini bar beverages. Would have been happy to have just been able to get my own ice and have it when I wanted it. Turn down service was nice but again a little weird in that they folded our dirty clothes and rearranged our toiletries. Maybe that’s the 5 star part!? Not necessary for us personally. Pools were underwhelming, very deep and old. Many chipped and missing tiles. Gym was great but small… luckily not many people working out so basically had to ourselves. Over all not impressed for the cost. 😔

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.

The property itself was stunning. The grounds beautiful and immaculately maintained. Everyone there was so gracious and helpful, always smiling and saying hello. The breakfast only included option was perfect (and delicious), allowing us to explore off the resort for dinner if we wanted to. A special shout out to Ivan and Sebastian for exceptional customer service. Worth every penny spent. We hope to return soon!

O&O Palmilla is fantastic—amazing service from the staff, beautiful pool by the ocean. We read while waves crashed on the rocks. We loved walking through the magical property to dinner, to the gym and spa, to the beach. Lovely all around. Certainly a destination we would love to return to.

From the moment we arrived until we left the trip was amazing. The fact that you can swim at the beach is a plus. And the snorkeling was excellent. Staff couldn’t have been better.

Stunning views; beautiful, walkable beaches; property grounds are lush and romantic; rooms are spacious and impeccably furnished. The ambience throughout the resort is quiet and elevated. The staff is service oriented and attentive. The experience here is very memorable and special. Be prepared for the high food and drink prices, which are not always justified by the food quality.

All the little touches make the One and Only a perfect 5 star, and provide value to a resort squarely in the luxury category in San Jose.
