ゆったりとした時間が流れています。気になるのは食事をする所と思われますが。 レストランは3箇所しかありません。西洋、メキシカン、和食です。 和食では寿司職人の方は日本人の方がいらしゃいます。食材調達の難しい中、現地の食材を含めて日本やカナダから調達し、新鮮な食材で提供していただけます。個人的には異国の地でとっても美味しくいただけました。日本酒や焼酎もあります。7日間の滞在で3回行きました。 西洋は日本人の方であれば、アペタイザー1品、メイン1品で十分かと思われます。味は比較的日本人には合うと思います。メキシカンは行きませんでした（街に出て食べました） 朝食は美味しいですが、夕方まで何もいらないくらいのボリュームはあります。 十分に堪能されるには宿泊費と同等の値段でお釣りが少し戻ると考えていただければと思います（二人で行った場合）。 ちなみにこのホテルに日本人の方は、年間約40組程度しかいらっしゃらないそうです。家族連れの方はほとんどがルームサービスで済ませているそうです（バルコニーにセットしてもらえます）

Stunning views; beautiful, walkable beaches; property grounds are lush and romantic; rooms are spacious and impeccably furnished. The ambience throughout the resort is quiet and elevated. The staff is service oriented and attentive. The experience here is very memorable and special. Be prepared for the high food and drink prices, which are not always justified by the food quality.

All the little touches make the One and Only a perfect 5 star, and provide value to a resort squarely in the luxury category in San Jose.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Pools and beach are amazing for kids and adults. Our ocean front room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend this property.

Top of the line service and the hotel creates an experience for the travel the entire stay. Staff is very attentive and professionally trained for the most demanding guest. Child care services are top notch. Highly recommend you go and stay several extra days long than you want to.

Everything, staff, service, beautiful rooms and property

This was our 4th time staying at Palmilla and unfortunately the service was not what we had come to expect. Carr staff was slow and the last morning we had breakfast at the adult pool and the staff was abundant but fairly inattentive. We will probably stay there again but for 2000.00 a night I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect more.

An oasis of quiet understated service, chef prepared food options and both beach and pool experience superb and unique.

This is a magical vacation destination. Truly they hit the highest levels of service and it’s a beautiful place.. You actually feel lucky to have the opportunity to stay there.

Staff is awesome, the resort is like a botanical garden with beautiful plantation and terrific ocean and beach views. Strongly recommend the suites with infinity pool, cuz it’s totally worth it
