総合評価とレビュー Best Western Plus Jackson Downtown Colliseum

2011年12月に利用しました(2泊)。 一般的な日本で言うビジネスホテルです。ナイスでした。 受付がフレンドリーだったので、+1ポイント。 部屋も広く快適でした。 朝食はキッシュ、ベーコンなどのホットサイドディッシュがあり、一般的な米国の朝食サービスだと思います。可も不可もなし。 ビジネスセンターあり、プリント可能(10セント/枚) ゲストランドリーあり プールは屋外 小さいながらもフィットネスセンターあり 15%オフの特価だったため、コストパフォーマンス良好でした。 定価だとちょっと高いと感じるかもしれません。 以上、参考になれば幸いです。

The hotel was nice …beds were comfortable.but outside when we arrive someone was fighting and then across at the Waffle House some girls got into fight

The property was awesome. It was very clean. The staff was amazing even though she had work there all day. She was there for another shift and she was trooping it out like a true trooper. She was amazing. Breakfast full breakfast included was awesome. Orange juice not so much but everything else was amazing and I highly recommend that hotel definitely over days inn. The rooms were clean. Cool AC unit was. Didn't make a noise. We slept amazing. I can't say how wonderfully nice that hotel was. Highly recommend

Got room keys went to 2nd floor keys didn't work. Reprogrammed, still didn't. Manager came up and opened with her key. Gave me another set which also didn't work. Had to be let in by family every time i walked out. Side door to parking lot doesn't close or lock so security isn't the best. However the gated parking area was a plus. Hallway floors dirty, ice machine broken. Breakfast ok but very little seating. Staff was friendly and tried to help with key issue until i gave up. I told them it was the door and not the keys.

Easy check-in and I appreciate it that the parking lot was behind a gate. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The area is close to a freeway exit and a couple of fast food spots, so if you’re looking more for a quiet place to stop over on your way somewhere else or you plan to be out most of the day anyway, this is a good spot for that. The pool was “closed for the season” which seemed weird since it was around 80 degrees out, but everything else was fine.

Close to the interstate

Within minutes of entering the room, my wife discovered that the sink was clogged. I reported it to the clerk downstairs who was nice and moved us to another room. The other room’s sink and tub was stopped up and holding water. It was horrible. The person downstairs informed the day I arrived that the maintenance wasn’t there.

I liked the fact that there was gated parking which made me feel safer. I also liked the fact that several fast food options and Waffle House were in walking distance.

This is the third year that we have stayed at this location for a week during the state basketball tournament. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the gate was open the majority of the time. That security measure is one of the main reasons we stay at this hotel for the week. The breakfast, as always, was great. Other than the gate being open, the stay was perfect for this trip.
