Beautiful and clean.

Hotel玄関のベルボーイがトランクの搬入を手伝ってくれなかった。スロープがあるのも教えてくれなかった。重いトランクを階段で上げた。 ３人ステイなのに、バスローブ、グラスが2個しかなかった

Excellent property close to the Bell Center!

Very close to the Bell Center, a short walk to many nearby restaurants and a great location.

This hotel is gorgeous, and perfectly located within walking distance of several good restaurants, concert/show venue spaces, and shopping. It was VERY clean and the staff was super friendly. It's also connected to the underground mall/metro access, which was pretty cool. The terrace was closed (looked to be getting renovated), which was a bummer. And there's no pool, but the gym was the nicest I have ever seen in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful facility. Convenient location. During the day, between 11am - 12 noon, there are no food facilities open in the hotel. Very inconvenient.
