今回３回目の滞在です。広いキッチンとお部屋に洗濯機があるので、とても便利でした。子供がいるので、キッチンで料理をして朝食を食べたり、スキーで疲れて部屋でゆっくりテイクアウトした夕食を取れるのはとても便利でした。キッチンには必要なものは揃っていますが、調味料などはありません。またプールやジャグジーでアフタースキーも子供たちは大満足でした。これからもウィスラーを訪れた時は、こちらを利用したいと思います。

フロントデスクが閉まるのが早い。駐車場が狭い。施設全体が古い。冬季期間のためか、テラスのドアが開かず換気が悪い。

Everything was great, clean room, 2 min from the local bus stop. Great outdoor hot tub and pool. Only one thing they leave the pilot light on in the fireplace. Shockingly that warmed the room. We had to use fans to circulate some cool air. additionally, patio door blinds did not function easily.

If you are looking for something beautiful & quiet, this is the place!

Room was clean, nice hot tub. Free parking was nice.

Horstman house was perfect for a group... Lots of space and the pool and fitness room were a great way to end the day.

The good: Check in process was easy. Grounds were nice. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor grill. Location was great with easy access to trails and the village. Our unit was typical of a mountain lodge. The bed sheets were crisply ironed which was nice except they rustled loudly every time one of us moved. The bad: The unit did not have air conditioning and it was too warm for sleeping comfortably even with the provided floor fans. The unit stayed around 26-28°C or 78-82°F. Around 3 AM, the living room area was cool enough for comfortable sleep if you wanted to sleep on the pullout sofa which was not comfortable. The bedrooms were never less than 26°C or 78°F. Later in the evening on our arrival day, I went to unpack groceries we’d purchased and discovered that the kitchen was dirty. The countertops had crumbs, the stovetop had food crumbs, as well as food underneath the burners in the burner pans. The coffee pot still had old grounds in it and the inside of it was disgusting and full of grounds. The carafe had old, burnt coffee in the bottom. At that point, it was after 10 PM, so I cleaned the kitchen and the bathrooms because I didn’t trust the cleaning person’s cleaning capabilities. For the price of the room, I definitely expected a better experience.

The property and our unit was very good. The check in and having to use the codes for everything can be a bit annoying.

To save a reception man, the hotel is run like a bank vault, and the guest is required to crack the "riddle". It is worth noting in the instructions email (which is very long...) that the code for entering the Common Area Code is located on the wall on the left side of the main entrance door (and that the code on the right is for the intercom), and that to order the elevator, the full code must also be entered. This requires constantly remembering a 10-digit code. Come to the 21st century - a key card that contains the code and all you need to do is bring it closer to the reader... There is no air conditioning in the room - in the heat of nearly 30 degrees. I have been to hundreds of hotels around the world, and I have never been required to take out the trash myself (and don't forget that this is a respectable hotel that charges quite a bit for the stay, not some bungalow in a remote location).

We enjoyed our time at this place. Place is very quiet and cozy. Check in/Check out was easy,

Greta stay, the only complaint we had was online is says there are 2 EV chargers - there are not. They took them out. However you can charge up just a few minutes down the road.

The place is amazing have everything, cozy, familiar and near to the village. The host provide all the information before the stay, very organized.

Views were awesome as was the location. Staff very nice.

It's a very clean place and quiet place. It is reasonable in cost. Close to everything in whistler.

Estive no mês de Maio/26, a recepção estava fechada devido a baixa temporada comunicação era por email ou presencial em um hotel relativamente próximo ,ou via o telefone no quarto. Adorei a estadia , cama bem confortável, cozinha completa , bastante espaço no geral. Máquina de lavar e secar roupa dentro da acomodação. Um pouco afastado da Villa Principal da cidade , caminhando certa de 30 minutos mas tem ponto de ônibus na porta do hotel fora de temporada gratuito ida e volta ao centro o que ajudou demais. ,indico e voltaria a me hospedar numa próxima viagem . Lugar bem tranquilo .

I enjoyed the location of Horstman House being away from the hustle and bustle of the main village. I really enjoyed the check in process with a) assigned parking b) codes provided via email ahead of time and c) the luggage carts were smooth. Getting the luggage cart to the elevator was a little clunky in what seems like a small foyer right off the parking garage. My husband and I checked out the pool and hot tub once we unpacked and that was fantastic! It's outdoors and was very clean. We met some owners while we were out there and they were very friendly as well. The rooms themselves are quiet. I know there were people staying on the same floor next to us (their designated parking stalls had vehicles in them) but we didn't hear any noise from other units. The kitchen was well equipped, which is the appeal of staying somewhere like this, so we were able to have our usual morning coffee & breakfast routine like when we're at home. We also brought some meal prep with us for dinner one night. We would absolutely stay here again.

Pros: * apartment as described * bus stop basically at doorstep to the villages * close to plenty of walking trails Cons: * older building. Make sure you stay in highest floor unit. Anything lower and you hear “trampling” from those above. Kind of goes against the peaceful location … Tip: * Try Portobello cafe / restaurant for yummy baked goods. 15 min walk away, at Blackcomb village

Great place, would stay again.

Our 2 night stay was good. The room was standard, the bed comfortable and the pool lovely, heated and in the afternoon sun. I like that they provided ample towels in the unit. The room faced the front and was very hot with the warm weather even with fans. I’d recommend facing towards the back in the summer months for cooler rooms. There is no front desk Sun-Thurs so no opportunity to check in early, even to park. Check out is 10 which is earlier than the usual 11 but they allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for a couple of hours so we could go for a walk. Note there is a free bus (#5) that goes from the village and drops you off at the front of HH which was super convenient. It runs every 30 min. I’d recommend the accommodation.

There were no staff onsite we used a code to get in. Room was clean nicely maintained. Nice warm pool and hot tub in a beautiful setting. Used the state of the art bbq. Had a lovely time
