It’s just for relaxation Nice to stop at a small village name Pinsa Where the cheese are the best of he best The donteverde has such a tasty high quality BF Luinch is heath n nice Dinner such a high standard The water of thermal bath has different Setting of temperatures so u can choose But if u r expecting the strong massage etc The lady did my massage said strong is not good for body... but if u r used to strong always Mayb better ask before you do it Pet are allowed and very nice natures

Amazing staff, beautiful location Amazing spa and hot springs Amazing restaurant, chef and staff are great. Very attentive. We keep going there as it is a piece of heaven.

È una bella struttura, dove il relax è assicurato! La zona piscine comincia a risentire un po degli anni!

Lugar cinematografico! PIscinas aquecidas para todos os gostos. O que estraga é a quantidade de cachorros por todo lado, desde a sala de café da manhã, até o latido no quarto ao lado......A quantidade de cachorros tirou o brilho do loca

Lugar cinematográfico!! Tudo perfeito. Piscinas aquecidas para qualquer gosto. Excelente escolha. O único detalhe que deixa a desejar é a quantidade de cachorros por todo lado: na sala do cafe da manhã, nos corredores. Além de anti-higiênico, o cão no quarto ao lado pode começar a latir as 7 hs da manha. É uma pena, pois pensei ter encontrado meu refúgio na Italia......

Beautiful Tuscan location and views

We picked the hotel as a convenient stop on our drive north and it exceeded expectations. Wonderful staff, comfortable room, an excellent and elegant dinner and a fine breakfast buffet. All reasonable priced.

Una vera coccola!

아내가 피부가 민감한 편이라 아무 곳에서나 자면 피부 트러블이 발생하는데, 이곳은 유일하게 아무런 문제가 없었다. 침구 시트 등이 매우 깨끗하게 관리가 되고 있다. 그리고 온천 수영장은 따뜻해서 하루 종일 들어가 있었다. 여행중 지친 심신을 모두 따뜻하게 덮어주는 환상같은 곳!

Avendo visitato altre strutture a cinque stelle, potrebbero essere curati maggiormente alcuni particolari quali ad esempio le etichette illustrative al buffet non sempre accurate, il nome errato sul Thank you message, le condizioni della struttura dove in alcune zone avrebbe necessitato di manutenzione

We went here for a couple days during our honey moon. It was beautiful and relaxing. We walked to town and explored a bit but you could easily stay on site for your whole trip.

Exceptional service , amazing Tuscany view , the facilities are in excellent condition, we booked a massage and it was very good , this place is very good for adults or couples who would like to have relaxation for 1-2 days.

The property has a great view, overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany, but it is so secluded that you cannot leave the property to do anything else without a car. There is no close by bus or train station that can take you to nearby sites or activities. We also found the elevators to be a little dirty, possibly because the hotel is pet friendly? It's a nice place to stay if you want to just stay at the hotel and take advantage of their thermal pools and spa, but if you want to explore Tuscany, this hotel is pretty secluded from many areas/attactions.

Bella struttura ,ma eccetto la vasca principale con vista stupenda ed acqua termale perfetta ci sono delle imperfezioni .
