フロントの方はとても親切でした。とても良いスタッフで素晴らしかったです。朝食会場のスタッフは親切ではなかったです。フリーのドリンクがなく、近くにスーパーもないので、お水がなく、コーヒーも飲めなかったのは残念でした。治安は良いです。部屋は広く、ベットも良かったです。ウォーシュレッド付きのトイレが設置されることを願います。

The hotel needs a serious upgrade and maintenance. The shower was all wrecked and dirty, only one elevator was working and breakfast not worthy eating. We asked for a room change and literally we were told that probably the other rooms could be in worst conditions.

Nice staff, exceptional lobby area . Room was very smelly, very dirty carpet in the room, musty, moldy shower, bathroom floors/tiles dirty, toilet area very dirty & wallpaper around toilet was bubbling & peeling. Very disappointed

The bathroom was awful ! Brown ring around the bath tub.

Breakfast was good.

Convenient if you have events to attend on Purdue’s campus.

The rooms are not that clean. Linens have stains on them. Showers/bath tubs are terrible.

The first room smelled like dirty rug and the tub and shower is messed up. It’s peeling and yellow. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The elevator was broken on the 8th floor. You had to go down to the 7th floor to take the elevator down.

Loved the suite, and our check-in was quick and seamless. The elevator call button on the top floor was broken, but stuff happens. Staff is professional and courteous. We would stay here again.

Th showers are old and need an upgrade.

I like the location, and the property is generally "good". But it's in need of maintenance. The showers stalls in several (most?) rooms seem to be painted over with the paint peeling away. There's some general other maintenance issues like one spot on the exterior, and in two of our rooms the towel bars kept falling off the wall because they hadn't been repaired properly. The big problem we had though was that the elevators stopped working on Friday and weren't fixed by Saturday. I can't imagine how you can operate a 7 floor hotel without a working elevator! Otherwise the rooms were clean, and I do like the location.

Didnt like the breakfast. It wasnt worth the price. The 1st day they were out of somethings because they were catering to the Purdue football team.

Nice remodeled hotel, the bathroom needed some renovation. Out tub faucet leaked and had water stains in it. Let’s the rest of the property down.

Location was okay ; conveniently located for Purdue University; room service can be better; bathroom was not cleaned and carpet was not vacuumed when the staff cleaned the room.

The price we pay for the hotel we expect more. the room carpet was sticky and smell musty. The hotel corridor smells like a gas leak. I did mention that this to the fromt desk. Bathrooms shower faucets can be improved.

While I like this hotel and it's in a great location, here are some of the things I don't like ... the showers are just awful. Each time I've stayed in this hotel, the showers get worse and worse. I don't know if they are waiting to do a remodel, but they need one badly. The base of the shower is just gross, as they've painted/sealed over the shower insert to prolong it's life and the paint/seal is peeling - where it's peeling, there is mold growing and it's just not a good look - it detracts from the hotel. The included breakfast is a great benefit, but when we ate there, the plates from the stack that everyone takes from were dirty. It's these things you may overlook that are a big deal. Staff at the front desk were nice and helpful, but didn't present as professional.

It was a college move in weekend, and there was only one staff at the front desk, and not enough workers at the hotel. Overalll, the place was clean, but dirty towels were placed on the hallway and bathroom shower needs to be upgraded. The front desk personnel was friendly and professional.
