怠惰なハウスキーピング。廊下に向かいの部屋のごみが朝から置きっぱなしのため再度にわたり撤去を依頼。私はその後、午前中から外出し午後１時に部屋に戻っても部屋も掃除されておらず、ごみもそのままでした。部屋の前から１００feetも離れたエレベーターホールまでごみのにおいが充満してても何もされていません。そののち強いクレームをしてようやく撤去しましたが、部屋は３時を過ぎていたので清掃してもらえませんでした。いい施設なのに残念です。

Our family visited Kauai and had a great time. This resort has a beautiful beach and pools as well as nice service for umbrellas and refreshments. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Our family had a pleasant stay at Marriott's Waiohai Beach Club. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and everything is perfect for us.

The most comfortable hotel bed ever. Great property close to the beach to see all the turtles.

The staff was very friendly and the location was amazing right on the beach. Parking was nice in the covered parking lot. The best was the daily room cleaning service. Everything was always nicely folded and cleaned with new towels everyday. Would definitely want to come here again

Although we had an ocean view which was lovely, I think the rooms overlooking the gardens would be better as they are much quieter, and the gardens are beautiful. Nice from the pool made me keep the windows and door shut. It was super clean, but furnishings etc. need to be updated.

Easy checking, comfortable bed, beautiful sites on the beach and pools with an easy fast checkout.

We were checked into a room that smelled bad. We had a strong sense there was also likely mold in the room. My wife did not feel well after being in the room for just over an hour. I was luckily was able to go to the registration desk and get them to change our room otherwise I would be very worried.

Underground parking is definitely a plus with easy access to rooms. Clean pools and excellent beach spots.

Beautiful resort with many beach views from the resort itself. Poipu beach borders the resort. Convenient bar&grill outside. Large pool. Great surfing break right at the resort. Only downside is paying to park

Nice hotel. But the girl who checked us inn was not polite at all. We had a bad experience at check inn.

Staff was super great, friendly and efficient. Great location for our 6 am excursion at Port Allen

They gave me the worst room in the entire property. It was the absolute furthest room possible in the corner. I wish it was possible to see what building i was going to be put in when i made the reservation. I would have never have stayed here.

We really enjoyed the location being so close to Poipu beach. Amenities were good and staff were great!

This place is incredible! We only stayed one night, our last night on the island. We really appreciated the hospitality for people like us who needed to check out in the morning but have access to the resort until the evening when it was time to leave. Highly recommend!
