I stayed for five days, but they never cleaned the room, nor did they change the trash cans or towels. No matter how many times I requested it at the front desk, my request was never fulfilled.

This location is lovely and quiet! Everything is very convenient.

The Magnolia

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, the hotel’s customer service was exceptional. The concierge went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant delivered outstanding cuisine and attentive staff—truly a 10/10 experience. Our room and bathroom felt incredibly luxurious, with a deep, resort-style bathtub that made every soak feel like a mini getaway. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a few more towel hooks in the bathroom—there’s ample wall space, and it would make an already wonderful stay even more convenient.

The hotel has a unique vibe and a celebrated history.

This was a BEAUTIFUL property! Loved the architecture and design of the room. However, we did experience what felt to be prejudice behavior from one of the waiters in the dining area. She was a white woman short hair. She came to our table all of once. Never asked if we needed a refill, if we were okay… but when to all the tables around us with white guest. Still a beautiful place.

The shower was clogged and was holding water and shower suds, not a good deal

Hotel was beautiful! Location was great! We stayed on the 21st floor which had an amazing view however it sometimes meant waiting for 15 min or so for an elevator. Our stay included breakfast which was just ok. The restaurant on site seemed understaffed for breakfast causing us to have to wait way too long for drinks and plates for buffet.

Great service, spacious room. Downtown Houston at night is a bit wild with cars racing down the streets. Need to upgrade the bed pillows from the flatties there now.

Very nice property, conveniently located near parking, the Wortham Theatre, and excellent restaurants. The room was spacious, with a high-quality king bed and a well-appointed bathroom and shower.

Wonderful stay

Will be staying here again if needing downtown area.

Damage fee $100 was never returned it’s been almost a month and they never sent it back to my account
