Everything was good about this stay at Days Inn! I wish they had an indoor pool and also wish they had a better breakfast instead of a grab and go. The coffee was amazing though! The room was very clean and comfy! Loved having a fridge and table with chairs!

Not many breakfast options, might as well sleep in and bring your own food. Bed was more comfortable than most. The room want ready when we arrived at 430 so we had to hang out at the beach down the Rd for an hour. TV didn't work. Best thing about the hotel was the very kind and responsive staff!

Wet carpet very smelly

Wolf spider in bedding, couldn't sleep , jets in the tub didn't work the whole reason for staying.

No area for smoking told to stand across the parking lot to smoke not allowed to back into parking spot breakfast was minimal at best cereal was stale milk had 1 day before expiration would not recommend this facility to anyone

room wasn't very clean for the price. the shower had visible dirt and buildup in groves and the sheets on the bed had some stains. Everything else was clean and the staff at the front desk was very nice at check in and checkout. I let the cleanliness go considering it was a one night stay and we did not spend much time in the actual room, however I would not pay that much again for the quality.

Looked nothing like the pictures. Very limited information provided. Feel like we were scammed. This property is extremely dirty.

The staff was hard working, friendly and helpful. The bathrooms need updating, there was chipping in the tub and black gross stuff. The door to the bathroom was chipped.

Staff were very nice, breakfast items were stocked and restocked quickly. Breakfast was packaged pastries, donuts, granola bars, cereal and milk and juices, apples and mandarin oranges. Coffee pot was kept full all morning. Biggest concern was stained out dated carpet. Would have liked to have had a nice lvp. Also turning left onto highway was a challenge with the big wooden flower box blocking the view. We also could not see the Days Inn sign until we were right at the turn or past due to a tree blocking the sign. The bed was super comfortable and room was very clean. Bathtub needs replaced as there were numerous cracks in fiberglass which is a mold concern. Overall, we were only there to sleep so it worked out okay. Lots of restaurant choices and easy to get places to sight see.

Wasn’t the worst wasn’t the best just in between

This is a no-frills hotel. Somewhat dated, but clean. Snack like breakfast. Liked that breakfast hours were till 10:00 AM every day. Considering the prices at other close by hotels and that it was high season, the price was reasonable.

I am very unhappy with days inn and their organization. Mold was growing in the bathtub I'm not totally sure that there weren't bed bugs. I looked at days inn pictures on your site i thought the rooms looked old but updated. Im very sorry for my choice

Older hotel but staff was nice

I was in Traverse City to attend an 8 hour event. I paid $25 per night to have my dog with me only to be informed if my dog were to bark or whine while I was away Days Inn would call animal control. Days Inn gave me the option of cancelling my stay in a sold out city. With such short notice I paid an additional $50 fee to place the dog in a kennel. The $50 spent at Days Inn for pet stay was never earned since my dog was in a kennel for an additional $50.

We reported to staff that the carpet in the room was dirty. We found out when walking around with white socks. The bottoms turned into a medium brown color after we walked around for little time. Staff were very responsive, but this isn't the sort of thing you want customers to find.
