Amazing Staff!!!

Las fundas de almohadas sucias olian a sudor a usadas, se pidió camvio y trajeron otras usadas.pero con aroma floral,.olian horrible,.la.habitacion que pedi fué con cama king y las sabanas eran para matrimonial super.pequeñas ,.se tira agua de lavabo ,.ventanas sucias de grasa ( cuando pegan una parye de cuerpo y queda la grasa) muy mala experiencia, relacion precio calidad muy mala

Problemas con los drenajes que no pudieron resolver desde el día que se reportó

Es un hotel muy bonito, muy bien ubicado y con buena atención, limpieza.

Le falta mantenimiento

Mis tarjetas de habitación se desprogramaban tres o cuatro veces al día porque no tenía pila la chapa, pero por un par de días me dijeron que era culpa mía por ponerlas junto a tarjetas de chip, las almohadas olían horrible a humedad, los colchones se sentían húmedos, de la regadera salía toda el agua al bañarse e inundaba el baño, no me pusieron dispensador de jabón ni jabón de manos, ni suficiente papel sanitario, el sanitario tardaba una eternidad en bajar y para que lo hiciera tenía que estar uno pegado a la palanca hasta que se fuera el agua, uno esperaría más de una cadena como esta, no es la primera vez que me hospedó ahí pero el está ocasión mi experiencia fue terrible y para entregarle habitación se tardaron una hora y media aún cuando la entrada es a las 3 pm me la entregaron a las 4:40

Los recepcionistas muy pedantes y pretenden ser elitistas. Como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Los alrededores no son bonitos.

The wait staff were great

Staff was kind at the arrival, they helped me taking my mom on a wheel chair to her room The bad was after that i ordered food for her and they didn't let the guy pass to give the food to her, they told her she needed to get down to the reception and grab it Also ordered drinks from the restaurant they told her they were gonna take 40 min. Since they were busy, had to call reception so they could sent it fast and they couldn't charge it to the room Also at the restaurant, i asked to added it to the room bill they said the same, they couldn't cus the card was only passed for the room.... The room had an issue in the bathroom, the water ran out from the shower, getting the floor all wet, they couldn't change me to another room

Es muy cómodo y siempre fueron muy amables.

Todo excelente! Solo el Internet no es bueno, nos tocó en el area de jardín y la señal era muy débil
