このホテルを選んだ理由はRe Mauriで夕食を食べるためだった。そしてRe Mauriでの夕食は眺め、対応、サービス、味、全てが素晴らしかった。そして食事の最後に同じ日本人の女性料理人の方が私達のテーブルに挨拶に来てくれた。彼女の笑顔、ふるまいの素晴らしさに同席した5人全員が感動した。味を含めて素晴らしい夕食だった。

wifiの繋がりが悪い。ほとんど部屋では使えません。 駅近だが、周りは治安が悪い。

受付の人のサービスにばらつきあり。 もらったカプリ島行きのフェリーのタイムテーブルの情報が古く、 そのフェリーの運行は既に終わっており乗れずに困った。 タクシーの運転手も知っている情報を、 現地のホテルの受付の人が見落とす、そんな程度のレベル。

Our stay at the Lloyd Hotel was even better than expected. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we truly enjoyed our stay. A special shout-out to Carmine at the concierge desk, who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to carefully explain the different tour options and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. His dedication and professionalism truly stood out—he went over and above in every way. We loved our stay so much that we actually came back one week later for the return leg of our vacation, which says everything. The Lloyd Hotel has definitely earned a loyal customer, and we will be back again for sure. Highly recommended!

El aire acondicionado no servía y no lo pudieron arreglar??? Eso es básico en cuarto que está en un risco.. el calor era insoportable … lo demás 8 de 10…

Lovely location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Magnificent location. Staff were very helpful and very professional. There was some ambiguity about our room booking. I thought we were getting a room with a balcony, but we only got a room with a window. Management said the class of room I booked included either a window or Juliet balcony or balcony, and that this info was made clear to Expedia before Expedia listed then on their site. I don't recall seeing anything to this effect on Expedia. So something went admiss there...

La habitación regular pues olía feo como alcantarilla y el primer día nos tocó pedir jabón y papel higiénico. Le damos el ok pues tiene el parqueadero y la zonas sociales son amplias y con una linda vista.

Colazione di buona qualità con incomparabile alba che illumina la saia all’improvviso ed il sole che sorge oltre la cornice del mare e delle montagne. Splendida esperienza

This was a very disappointing experience. We checked out of another location a day early and came to this hotel in hopes of a quiet room and good nights sleep. While listed as sound proofed rooms, ours was far from that. We were below the restaurant and the noise from moving chairs across the floor kept us up for hours. We also booked a sauna room which had little instructions and after an hour of messing around with it we gave up as it wouldn’t get to a high enough temperature to use. The elevator system is extremely confusing, some kind of map would be helpful.

Loved the beach view, beautiful hotel, great staff Did not like the noise of the party’s until 3-5am! In Saturday and Sunday! Could not open door to balcony at night to enjoy the beach waves Did not like their heavy restrictions about not being able to walk on the beach 🏖️ if you did not purchase their beach package

It was ok for 1 night; the elevator levels are a bit quirky & confusing...the front desk staff needs to be more patient & kind. very loud music in the outside/downstairs club from 2-5am which was a bit annoying when you're trying to sleep. Pizza place on the beach was great and location is walking distance to shopping and other restaurants.

Very nice facilities, we loved the views, the beach area was very good. Front desk was polite, courteous and helpful. We were there only 1 night but had a very good stay. We would come back. The walk to town for restaurants was perfect - short and safe.
