Here for the race and it was very clean and friendly good value and great breakfast! Good job!

Older building for the price

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. The flooring could use replacing in room 102.

Clean room. Terrible experience at the breakfast service. Foid was ok but we got treated in in real bad way. Tried to take my complain to the front desk and I did find any sympathy.

The shower is peeling off the paint. The carpet feels dirty and it was dirty. There’s a piece of gum stuck to the carpet and is sticky for the brand and the price they should do better

The room was stale and musty. The entire facility was tired and outdated; photos were misleading. Complimentary breakfast was cold and not very appetizing. Next time, I'll spend a few more dollars down the street and stay at a much better quality hotel facility.

The room was not properly cleaned and vacuumed. People were loud in the pool during sleep hours, which disrupted several patrons’ sleep, to the point that someone had to yell at them from one of the rooms. Breakfast was below average.

Quiet, clean spot close to where I needed to be. Restaurant next door was super convenient for food.

Bad area

On hotels.com it markettd you guys as what you see is what you pay. I paid through Klarna and have done so multiple times and never had to pay a deposit. The guy at the front said $100 deposit. I did not have those funds ans was on 2 hours of sleep and ultimately did not stay there or check in or anything. One of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. I slept in my car. I would like a full refund.

Nice and easy check in/out

We booked at the Ramada in Austin but decided not to stay after seeing the conditions. The front desk was poorly managed and even had issues with our room key. The entire property smelled old and dirty, and the room itself was unacceptable — unclean, with the bed left messy. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable, so we left immediately and checked into another hotel that was clean and well-kept. Strongly not recommended.

This room was really not in good shape. The floors were dirty and the laminate was popping up. The bathroom wasn't clean compared to other times we've stayed here. The front desk was very nice but this room definitely needed some work. Doubt we stay here again sadly.

The room was nice, but upon arrival it was muggy and stuffy and humid. Being able to open the balcony sliding door was very nice and after cooling the room off, it was comfortable. The window curtain had one little crack where it did not cover the window completely, so the morning sun peeked in early, but all in all it was a nice room.
