Amazing stay with good breakfast, spa, and sauna!

レセプションの方が最高に感じが良く、チェックインからいい気分でした。ウエルカムドリンクやウエルカムクッキーをいただき、お部屋も眺望が良く広々して快適に過ごせました。楽しみにしていた朝食も種類が豊富で、スムージーやアボカドトースト、ワッフルは絶品でした。 とてもお勧めです。

ツインの小さな部屋でしたが、アイロンやポットがきちんと付いていました。 清潔で日本のホテルと変わらないレベルです。 オールドタウンの同ホテルにはスリッパがありましたが、こちらにはありませんでした。

やはり国際的に評価されているホテルと地元のホテルとでは違うということを感じさせられた。

Meget serviceminded personale, der gør meget for at imødekomme deres gæster. Virkelig fin beliggenhed ved floden og tæt på hyggeligt udeområde med en masse spisemuligheder. Udmærket morgenmad.

Das erste Zimmer wurde definitiv vorher geraucht. Ich wurde aber ohne Umstände in ein anderes Zimmer verlegt. Das Frühstück war für ein radisson Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Bei der Omelett Station war keiner. Dann nahm ich mir die warmgehaltenen Spiegeleier die schon nicht mehr wirklich frisch waren. Das Eigelb war schon ganz hart.

The hotel is clean and in good location *but* i slipped on the floor due to water on the floor The hotel said that they not giving any writen form for my insurance and they dont have insurance on minor/ NOT deadly cases And also DIDNT want to give copy of “ incident report” They do offer to order ambulance

Just what you want for a special stay in Vilnius. And breakfast is even something else completely

Very accommodating staff- we had upgrades, free drinks and checked in early. This is our second stay at the hotel and we love it! The view of the old town is amazing. We can walk to restaurants and cultural sites. We would definitely return in the future!

Great location! You have a variety of restaurants and sightseeing in a walkable area! The hotel is clean and we got to enjoy the jacuzzi during our visit.

Overall, my stay was excellent and the staff did a great job. However, as we were getting into our Uber to leave for the airport, the Radisson van driver chose to force his vehicle into the space right next to us; even though there were multiple open spots available. He parked so aggressively and so close that he nearly hit our Uber or us. Instead of waiting one minute for us to leave or simply asking us to move, he acted impatient and created an unnecessary situation. His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of courtesy. This was the only negative part of my stay, but it was significant and should be addressed.

The receptionist who made the check in was professional. Met me with a smile and upgrade.he explained everything about the hotel and what to do in Vilnius. He is the hero of the month. Thanks a lot.

Kanonfint hotell, modernt och bra på alla sätt. Enda nackdelen är att det ligger ca 1,5 km från absoluta centrum.
