The staff were very friendly, and the room was extremely clean. The view from the room was astonishing — I could even see the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. They were also very helpful in recommending pintxos places and showing me where to find a laundromat nearby, which I really appreciated. Although I did not have a chance to try breakfast because I had to leave very early in the morning, the taxi arrangement to the airport was perfect. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

旧市街からは少し距離がある。 バスターミナルには近い。 部屋の作り◎ バスタブがないのは少し残念。 トイレが個室で良い。 グッゲンハイムが見える部屋を選び、2nd floorの部屋に通されたが街路樹と同じ高さで景色はあまり良くなかった。 窓を開けていたら暑い日だったからか、室内に10匹ほどの小蝿や銀蠅、小さな虫が入ってきた。時期やタイミングの問題かと思うが苦手な人は窓を開ける際には注意が必要。 お水をたくさんくれる。 ターンダウンの際にくれるクッキーも美味しい。 アメニティはモルトンブラウン。いい香り。 スリッパがフカフカ。 ドライヤー◎ シャワーの水圧◯ 朝食もほどよい。 傘の貸し出しがスムーズ。 以前、系列のホテルに泊まったがそちらもよかった。

スタッフがとても親切で感じが良かったです。またグッゲンハイム美術館まで至近で観光拠点としてもとても便利でした。

日当たりがよい部屋で、居心地がよかったです。 所々にアートが飾ってあるのもよかった。

グッゲンハイム美術館がみえる部屋。 ２部屋のうち１部屋はアップグレードして　ジュニアスイート7Fになりました。 ホテル前から　市内観光2階建てバスにのれます。

Great location opposite Guggenheim

This hotel quietly meets the needs of its visitors, from the well planned rooms, fabulous breakfast, of which there are three levels, to the honesty bar, a comfortable place to sit and read through art books. The staff on the desk could not be more helpful. Location opposite the Guggenheim museum and outdoor snack bar couldn’t be better. Without hesitation we’d stay here again.

Kamer top. Modern en vrij nieuw. Aparte indeling maar werkte prima. Leren bankje was een misser want daarin zakte je flink weg. Airco werkte minimaal. Lastig om temperatuur lager te krijgen. Oplossing was raam openzetten. Dat werkte prima maar dat was in de nacht en avond geen optie vanwege geluid van verkeer voor de deur. Personeel heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Compliment is op zijn plaats. Zou het hotel bij een herhaald bezoek aan Bilbao zo weer boeken.

Hotel is so well located! Right across from Guggenheim and near the airport bus stop! Everything was A+! The hotel even has a small gym for an early morning workout. The staff were extremely helpful!

Trevligt hotell med både bra rum och badrum. Några minuters promenad till såväl Guggenheimmuséet som flygbussen. God frukost och hjälpsam personal.

Everything about our stay at the Hotel Miro met our high expectations. The staff was very hospitable and the room was spacious, with a view of the Guggenheim Museum. We could walk to dozens of fine restaurants and bars, and the tram is nearby to take a 10 min. ride to Old Town. We hope to return some day.
