The staff were very friendly, and the room was extremely clean. The view from the room was astonishing — I could even see the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. They were also very helpful in recommending pintxos places and showing me where to find a laundromat nearby, which I really appreciated. Although I did not have a chance to try breakfast because I had to leave very early in the morning, the taxi arrangement to the airport was perfect. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

送迎サービスを頼んでいたが来なかった。

旧市街からは少し距離がある。 バスターミナルには近い。 部屋の作り◎ バスタブがないのは少し残念。 トイレが個室で良い。 グッゲンハイムが見える部屋を選び、2nd floorの部屋に通されたが街路樹と同じ高さで景色はあまり良くなかった。 窓を開けていたら暑い日だったからか、室内に10匹ほどの小蝿や銀蠅、小さな虫が入ってきた。時期やタイミングの問題かと思うが苦手な人は窓を開ける際には注意が必要。 お水をたくさんくれる。 ターンダウンの際にくれるクッキーも美味しい。 アメニティはモルトンブラウン。いい香り。 スリッパがフカフカ。 ドライヤー◎ シャワーの水圧◯ 朝食もほどよい。 傘の貸し出しがスムーズ。 以前、系列のホテルに泊まったがそちらもよかった。

スタッフがとても親切で感じが良かったです。またグッゲンハイム美術館まで至近で観光拠点としてもとても便利でした。

日当たりがよい部屋で、居心地がよかったです。 所々にアートが飾ってあるのもよかった。

Deusto Universityに近く立地が優れている

グッゲンハイム美術館がみえる部屋。 ２部屋のうち１部屋はアップグレードして　ジュニアスイート7Fになりました。 ホテル前から　市内観光2階建てバスにのれます。

Great location (a block from the museum…we had a view from our room). Very attentive and staff. Hotel and room were very attractive and clean.

Breakfast was very weak . Need more variety

It was difficult to get a coffee in the breakfast area, which is the only place you can get brewed coffee. Also the view of the Guggenheim from the room was non existent and we paid extra for that. Otherwise it’s a good hotel in a good location with parking across the street

Location could not have been better!

This a fabulous high-end hotel within sight of the Guggenheim. If luxury is your goal you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful experience for a short business trip, centrally located to beautiful districts

The Hotel has good facilities and a great Location. The only but may be the price which is a little bit high in comparisson with similar hotels. I reccomend power sockets near the bed and changing old USB Outlets for new USB -C Outlets.

Mooie kamer, super ontbijt, vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Locatie geweldig, musea, restaurants, ov (metro en bus op loopafstand...Aanrader.
