The staff were very friendly, and the room was extremely clean. The view from the room was astonishing — I could even see the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. They were also very helpful in recommending pintxos places and showing me where to find a laundromat nearby, which I really appreciated. Although I did not have a chance to try breakfast because I had to leave very early in the morning, the taxi arrangement to the airport was perfect. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

旧市街からは少し距離がある。 バスターミナルには近い。 部屋の作り◎ バスタブがないのは少し残念。 トイレが個室で良い。 グッゲンハイムが見える部屋を選び、2nd floorの部屋に通されたが街路樹と同じ高さで景色はあまり良くなかった。 窓を開けていたら暑い日だったからか、室内に10匹ほどの小蝿や銀蠅、小さな虫が入ってきた。時期やタイミングの問題かと思うが苦手な人は窓を開ける際には注意が必要。 お水をたくさんくれる。 ターンダウンの際にくれるクッキーも美味しい。 アメニティはモルトンブラウン。いい香り。 スリッパがフカフカ。 ドライヤー◎ シャワーの水圧◯ 朝食もほどよい。 傘の貸し出しがスムーズ。 以前、系列のホテルに泊まったがそちらもよかった。

スタッフがとても親切で感じが良かったです。またグッゲンハイム美術館まで至近で観光拠点としてもとても便利でした。

日当たりがよい部屋で、居心地がよかったです。 所々にアートが飾ってあるのもよかった。

A lovely, modern 4 star hotel just a short 2 min walk along from Bilbao’s Guggenheim. Welcoming and helpful staff. We booked a suite on the 8th floor (I think it’s the highest category room) which was well equipped with a bath, separate shower and good aircon. We appreciated the Molton Brown products in the bathroom. There was a relaxing and stylish honesty bar on the ground floor. We didn’t have time to try the breakfast. A range of restaurants and shops are located on the blocks behind and to the side of the hotel, and the old town is maybe around a 25 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Genel olarak temiz bir hotel. Sabahları biraz gürültülüydü. Konumu old town tarafına 15-20dk arası yürüme mesafesi. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer zum Hof. Dies konnten wir für einen Aufpreis von 15.- € pro Nacht wechseln.

Excellent hotel in a good location.

Das Hotel ist in einer top Lage und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist es nicht besonders gut, dass man beim ein- bzw. ausgehen immer wieder eine kleine Treppe runter/rauf muss. Das Zimmer war auch nichts besonders, aber OK (Matratze sehr bequem, Badetücher ausgezeichnet!), jedoch die Trennung zwischen Bad- und Schlafbereich durch einen einfachen Vorhang (statt eine Wand oder wenigstens eine schiebbare Platte) fanden wir nicht gut. Uns hat auch nicht gefallen, dass das Fenster nicht durchsichtig war und dass man sie nicht öffnen konnte. Das Zimmer war auch hellhörig und etwas laut durch Lärm vom Lift und von den Menschen auf dem Korridor.

Att försöka fånga alla detaljer i en vistelse är svårt, jag anser att till syvende och sist så handlar det om att kunna basvara frågan, kan jag tänka mig att bo här igen. Och svaret på den frågan är utan tvekan ett ja.

Great location with a lot of nice cafes around. And it is right across the street from guggenheim.

Fabulous hotel close to the Guggenheim (less than 5 minutes walk) and about a 15 minute walk to the old town. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fabulous. Rooms really lovely with everything you need. It was our 2nd stay at the hotel and we will definitely be back.

Kamers goed uitgerust en van alle comfort voorzien. Hotel is goed gelegen - nabij Guggenheim en op 20 minuten stappen van het oude stadsdeel. Goede restaurants en bars op wandelafstand en zijn gelegen in straten met veel sfeer. Het ontbijt in het hotel is zeer goed - de dranken en enkele warme gerechten worden met een glimlach aan tafel gereserveerd. Er is ook een buffet met yoghurt, fruit, brood, zoet en hartig beleg,...
