スタッフの気遣いが素晴らしい。気持ちが良いホテルです。 部屋は狭いけど、窓があります。狭いところに最新設備を工夫して置いてあって、頑張ってるなあと思います。内装も設備も新しくおしゃれで素晴らしい。Wi-Fiもよくつながります。2人泊まった場合、スーツケース2個は広げられません。冷蔵庫はないけど、一階のラウンジで冷たい飲み物をもらえます。おしゃれで便利なので、狭いけどリピートしてます。お向かいの映画館もレトロで可愛い。

このホテルは内装が素晴らしいです。ぐるぐる階段、エスカレーター、壁がパリらしい絵で装飾されて、ライトもおしゃれです。部屋は狭いけれど必要なものが全て揃っていて、パリのホテルにはめずらしく、コンディショナーがあります、アメニティはロクシタンです。中庭に面していたので風が入ってきて快適でした。モンマルトルの坂の途中にあるので、大きなスーツケースの方はタクシーの方がよいかもしれません。スタッフさんが親切でまた泊まりたいホテルです。

観光地の真っ只中にも関わらず、清潔なホテルでした。スタッフも英語をよく話せて快適でした。

全般に良かった。スタッフも新設でした。

冷蔵庫が有ればベストだったが残りは良かった。フロントも親切。

Loved the stay , staff was very friendly and helpful. They went overboard to accommodate anything we needed. Location is just perfect to shops, restaurants, metro and tourist attractions. The area is very safe and bustling with tourists. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I came back.

The staff was incredibly kind. Room was clean with comfortable bed and tea service included. Small dining area that was perfect for a night cap or eating dinner we picked up at local markets. Metro and bus stops were only a short 5-8 minutes walk. Lovely stay for my daughter’s first time in Paris!

This small friendly and very professional hotel was a stylish and comfortable base for our 3 days in Paris. Easy to get to & from Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord railway stations via Metro & a small amount of walking, well connected for visiting other areas of Paris too. Great recommendations for local eating, including a quite specialised request! Interesting lively local area but room very quiet. Recommend and would certainly be on the list for potential return visit.

We wish our stay could have been longer. This hotel is truly a treasure in Montmartre Paris. We’d love to stay there again

Ihana, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kaikki oli siistiä. Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Julkisilla pääsi helposti kaikkialle. Kävelyetäisyydellä oli myös runsaasti ruokapaikkoja ja nähtävää.

The hotel was well staffed and attentive. The rooms were very nice with attention paid to detail. It was nice to be able to grab a wine or beer in the lobby after dinner or upon return from exploring Paris. The location cannot be better.

It was in a great location, the room was clean and comfortable, the decor was nice, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The location in Montmartre could not have been better. 5 minute walk to Moulin Rouge area and 10 minute walk to Notre Dame. We had a room with view of the street and you could open the window for sounds outside and fresh air and when closed, quiet. Staff was wonderful with special note to Alessandra and Elodie who greeted us initially warmly and provided daily cheery salutations and assistance, and Anna who was a late night staff providing us refreshment after a long day. Highly recommend!

It was absolutely our favorite place we’ve ever stayed in Paris. The hotel is small and beautiful. All the little details and decor were so lovely. The staff was warm and friendly and went out of their way to help. The area of Montmartre is such a nice reprieve from the crowds and hectic life in the rest of Paris. Lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We can’t say enough about how wonderful the Hotel des Arts is. Thank you for a memorable stay!
