Cuisine needs improvement, daily room cleaning is erratic, in our 14 days of stay 4 roaches appeared inspite of not bringing in food/ snacks in the room. Having difficulty in exchanging currencies. Emergency kits like bandages & antibiotics were so expensive. Staff were service oriented & friendly. Enjoyed the daily events & activities.

We spent 14 days at this resort. It was our yearly reunion, my birthday as well as my brother in law’s. We’re glad we chose this place. The beach was rocky but water shoes solved it for us. Our maid Carmen Santana was great! Came to clean our room and bathroom likewise refilled our refrigerator daily. Masseuse Orbida is very good that we went for another massage before we went home. Activities by the pool, beach, plaza and parties, dancing everyday. Shows at the theater also varies. As for the food, you’ll definitely find something to your taste. 2 buffet restaurants and several ala carte restaurants, not to forget the grill restaurant, snack truck and 24 hrs coffee shop. Bars everywhere! We’re well traveled, been to many all inclusive hotels and this hotel is worth it. You look for fun and enjoyment and you’ll find it.

Our 9th trip to DR. We can compare. This was average. Stuff used to welcome, smile, greet, help. Not anymore. Parks clean, room clean, one shampoo in shower, Ala card food good, buffet under average, entertainment good, beach chairs, towels terrible, need more towels maybe to clean and rotate, all beach chairs covered in the morning. coffee shop long wait, pool bar closing at 6, start closing-cleaning at 5. Not every bar has beer, some bar has sour beer. Sewer smell in dining areas. Lot of stones in the entrance to sea.

The property was in good condition. Two things I did not like was our room was not ready by 3PM as advertised. We did not get into our room until after 4pm. Additionally check in and check out took a very long time. If you could find a way to automate those procedures that would save time. The other thing I did not like was how slippery the tile got when it was wet. I even fell my first day there. As it is a resort with both pool and ocean, I would think non-skid tile would have been used. Even in my room, if the tile was wet, it was very slippery. I had to buy band aides when I was there for $15 USD. OUTRAGEOUS!

Jose was the best at privid8ng quality service. Update those rooms and you are 5 star

They charged me a extra fee of $280 and didn't show why was the extra fee

I love the beachfront the staff is amazing the food is ok! The only problem was the air conditioner it didn’t work good! But for sure I will definitely come back

3h de retard pour avoir notre chambre a l'arrivée et aucun geste. resort tres bruyant, qualité des repas tres mediocre, pas de place sur la plage trop de monde, pas de place dans les restaurants le soir beaucoup d'attente, les bar n'avais pas tous les coktails et des alcools tres bas de gamme, bref nous venons en vacances pour nois detendre et c'était du stress tout les jours. Seul point positif le personnel est sympathique a l'image du pays.
