Very good location. The beautiful beach is just opposite of this Apartment. The only thing that not convenient is no lift. We must carry big luggages by oursefl to 3rd fl (thank God we didn't get the 4th fl)

I went there for Holiday. Hotel located at prime location near St. Kilda beach and tram stop. However, the Service was bad. It took me more than 3 hours just to wait for check in process. The room was a bit old and the blankets and bedsheet were so dirty yet they charge 25$ cleaning fee.
