偶にネットの繋がり悪い時があったが、総じてとても良いホテル、メリダに泊まるならば、このホテルをお勧めします

立地条件も、ホテル全体の雰囲気も、部屋の快適度も申し分ありません。 ただし、WiFiの使用が部屋では不可で、ラウンジでのみでしたので それが残念でした。

Aamiainen oli muuhun tasoon nähden vaatimaton. Aamiais huone pieni ja vähän pöytiä. Hotelli sijainti eriomainen ja hotelli muutenkin hieno !

The welcome desk staff was fantastic. Told us that the museum was only open on Sunday and as we were leaving on Tuesday so if we wanted to see it we should go there first. Absolutely the most helpful advice we got. We loved our room and the location. Absolutely a fantastic hotel. Highly recommend it. Cannot say anything bad about it.

A great choice for exploring Merida. It’s not quite the 5 star hotel it’s listed as on some sites, but it is still excellent. Nice big rooms with character and good bathrooms. The pool is lovely (it’s also green: perfectly safe and lots of people were in it, but it was green). The bar isn’t a bar - it’s a cafe and it’s not open that late (for Spain) but that doesn’t really matter a the square out front has loads of bars. Stored my luggage on check out fine. Online check in didn’t work but front desk were good/quick. 15 minutes walk from bus station, 10 from train station, easy walk to the Roman theatre and other sites.

Ubicacion inmejorable. Instalaciones un poco antiguas. El ruido en las habitaciones es incomodo, si no madrugas te depiertan o las camareras arreglando habitaciones contiguas o simplemente el cierre de las puertas cercanas. Tampoco reponen el agua si te quedas varios dias. La piscina es un poco exigua, pero el personal es encantador y servicial.

En general, la calidad del hotel es satisfactoria. Sin embargo, me gustaría señalar una preocupación significativa con respecto al horario de disponibilidad del gimnasio. Actualmente, el servicio está accesible a partir de las 9:00 AM (esta información no estaba disponible en la pagina de hoteles.com), lo cual considero inapropiado para huéspedes en viaje de negocios, quienes a esa hora ya se encuentran, por lo general, cumpliendo con sus compromisos laborales. Para mí, la disponibilidad de un gimnasio con un horario más amplio es un factor determinante al elegir alojamiento. Debido a esta limitación específica, y a pesar de los aspectos positivos del hotel, dudo que considere hospedarme aquí nuevamente en futuras ocasiones.
