クラシックなホテル 残念なのは、ハンガーがなかった

お部屋が寒かったです。 プールの水温も低くかったです。

朝食レストランはホテル内にありましたが、ホテルと提携しているものでした。３泊のうち、朝食は１回利用しました。種類は多くはありませんでしたが、必要なものは揃っていて良質でした。朝食レストランからの眺めは良くありませんでした。 客室は清潔で居心地良く、いつまでも滞在したいと思うほどでした。窓からの眺めも最高でした。 残念な点は、ベッドサイドの小さなライトが3個とも故障していた点です。また、コーヒーメーカーが自宅で使用している物と少し違っていて、戸惑いました。簡単な説明書があるとありがたいです。 シャワーの温度は充分でした。 受付のスタッフはフレンドリーで、好感が持てました。 ケベックの中心部（シャトーフロンテナックや観光案内所）まで歩いて15分ほどで、観光にとても便利な場所でした。 周囲にレストランが多く、海産物を提供するレストランもありました。

Air conditioner was quite nice. if we have free water, tooth brush and toothpaste, that was perfect. But we had a good time.

Great location in Quebec City just outside of the city wall. Quick walk to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Super Lage am Rande der Altstadt und auch sehr ruhig. Freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer.

La chambre était impeccable et le personnel s'est montré très accueillant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Le seul inconvénient que nous avons rencontré est que la climatisation ne semblait pas fonctionner de manière optimale, mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour.

Very well located not far from the city wall. Very pleasant stay.

Le valet a notre arrivée était très serviable mais il a oublier de nous laisser notre coupon de vélo. Le lendemain on avait pas de coupons. Le nouveau valet était bête et on avait l'air de le déranger. Faire un suivi:)))

There was no way to communicate with the front desk as there were no phones in the room. They provided a QR code to send messages or call. That system didn’t work. Or they ignored the messages. There were no amenities in the bathroom.

Chambre correcte. Les Fenêtres sont mal insonorisées donc chambre bruyante. Le lit etait confortable. Bien située par rapport au parlement et le château fro tenac L'hôtel mériterait sont propre restaurant car le petit déjeuner chez st-Hubert n'est pas digne du standing voulu par L'hôtel. Nous avons préféré manger a l'extérieur. Parking facile d'accès.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for the money. The facilities were well maintained, and the service met all of our expectations. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Gretta, who was especially kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our king size room on the 7th floor of section A was very quiet and comfortable. The coffee machine was good
