旧市街の中心に位置してどこに行くにも便利だった。また、フロントの人も非常に親切で、おいしいレストランを紹介してくれた。

I really loved the stay here. The staff was very kind and friendly. He introduced me about the city and where I should go. If I will visit Quebec city again, I will definitely use this hotel again.

The pictures online do not do it justice. You feel the warmth the minute you walk in the door. The staff were all kind and welcoming and explained everything with ease, switching to English when it was clear our French is not great. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed. Our room had glass cups and wine glasses and a corkscrew, which was a nice touch we don’t usually see in standard rooms. They also offer reasonably priced valet parking onsite with in and out service, though we didn’t need our car while we were there. You are literally a 5-10 min walk from everything. They also offer a continental style breakfast that’s priced well you can add each day, but have coffee, water, and juice available all the time complimentary. We were very pleased with our stay and will be back.

Room was spacious, very clean. Staff were welcoming and ready to assist. the location is perfect, right near the Chateau Frontenac and the boardwalk near the river. we walked everywhere, for dinner, etc.

The hotel is so charming, the location is amazing, the lounge with wine vending machine was lovely and relaxing, the breakfast was fantastic (particularly appreciated the GF options!) and the staff were friendly. Only concern was the small size of the room; we had two big dogs with us (we hadn’t known we were limited to one) and it was very tight quarters!

This hotel is a true gem. Facing the river and within walking of all the old town it is perfectly located. The rooms are warm, quiet and clean with a tub and plenty of hot water. The staff are excellent as well- the night manager is a true angel. Highly recommended! They also have a working fireplace and a wine bar to relax after sightseeing! A++

Personnel courtois, service de voiturier excellent et emplacement face au fleuve à côté du château Frontenac et de la promenade des gouverneurs, un superbe séjour! Petit bémol j’avais réservé une chambre de luxe nous l’avons eu cependant elle était située au sous-sol avec une petite odeur d’humidité. On entendait aussi beaucoup ce qui se passait dans le corridor! On y reviendra assurément!

Clean but small room. No fan in the bathroom but otherwise comfortable bed, adjustable temperature, helpful valet parking service.

Hotel was close to everything. Gentleman at front desk was very helpful.

Excellent location in a beautiful city. Everything you want to enjoy is a short walk away. The staff was pleasant and friendly and the room was cozy and clean.
