旧市街の中心に位置してどこに行くにも便利だった。また、フロントの人も非常に親切で、おいしいレストランを紹介してくれた。

I really loved the stay here. The staff was very kind and friendly. He introduced me about the city and where I should go. If I will visit Quebec city again, I will definitely use this hotel again.

Excellent location in a beautiful city. Everything you want to enjoy is a short walk away. The staff was pleasant and friendly and the room was cozy and clean.

The location was ideal. It's in the shadow of the Château Frontenac and has a view of the river. Very helpful staff!

We stayed at the Château Bellevue for two nights after a cruise and absolutely loved our stay. The added value of having a back door entrance to street level was important to a member of my party with accessibility issues with steps. Many hotels in the area do not have this feature!

Very clean. Location was near all of the old walled city in Quebec. Lots of stairs to get inside with your suitcases. Rooms very small and some electrical outlets needed replacing so we’re not useable.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location everything walkable only concern is they authorize your whole hotel stay plus parking plus deposit and when you leave they charge you again for your hotel when I inquired they said oh that authorization will fall off… But it’s large over $800 I’m waiting to fall off of my visa and it’s been three days and hasn’t happened yet

Friendly staff accommodating

Great location that we added an extra night to stay. Friendly helpful staff, from the concierge to the cleaners. Would definitely come back since we feel that we haven’t quite explored all of Quebec City during our stay.

Very convenient location. All staff were helpful and the hotel was great, had a nice charm. Parking was easy because it was valet. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay to another night!
