観光目的の宿泊だったので、歴史地区への距離が遠かった。また、サイクリングでのり利用者にとっては、自転車の保管方法が気になった。 野ざらしで、盗難が、大変心配でした。また、保管方法については、ホテルの自転車には カバーが掛けられているのに、同じ場所で裸であつた。

The ladies checking us in were so helpful to store all of our luggage until time to get in room. Amazing staff going above and beyond to get us taxis to the cruise port! We would definitely stay again!!

Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent, sehr verkehrsgünstig (aber ruhig) - ideal für Erkundungen der Stadt Ravenna mit ihren fantastischen historischen und kulturellen Highlight. Frühstück gut bis sehr gut (selbst für Leute, die etwas Herzhaftes mögen) Fazit: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut; empfehlenswert

All of these pictures of this place are fake. It does not look like this. It is run down, old and falling apart. The shades are frayed and don’t block out the stage light shining directly into the rooms. Elevator was scary. The lady at the front desk was the nicest part of our experience.

The hotel is fine but not too close to the train station. Based of convenience I would selected a hotel more centrally located.

Even nice for more than one Night but than a bit far off from the City Center

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and patient, especially considering we were a large group. The only drawback was that the walk to the hotel was somewhat inconvenient. However, we easily took the bus from the train station to the hotel and arranged transportation to the cruise port without any issues.

Nice little hotel.

The hotel is quite dated and basic. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bed is not the most comfortable, and the toilet smells a bit. Overall, considering the price I paid, the hotel is ok.

Everything ok. I am a senior, the shower had a step up. I had to be extra careful. Fir you get people, this place is very good.

It was a sauna. No water pressure. Dirty bathroom. Tiny, tiny shower. It was awful. The only thing good about the stay was the friendly staff. This is not a hotel. This is an old run-down low quality motel.

Convenient to reach anything in Ravenna. Rooms need an update with more lively colors. Personnel is definitely what makes the stay enjoyable, great people!

Camere vecchie, sicuramente da rinnovare. Acqua calda che faticava ad arrivare. Siamo stati mangiati dalle zanzare perché camere prive di zanzariere alla finestra.

Pictures look great but the rooms are nothing like the pictures.
