Comfortable stay.Good security.

ヴァジリカに近く立地は良いが、丘の頂上付近にあるために、特に年配者には上り下りはきついだろう。また付近には飲食店はなく、必要な時には急坂を下らなくてはならいので、コンビニエンスではない。 ただ、周囲が住宅街だからとても静かで、長い間ローマに住んでいる気になる。 さて、今回の部屋は1階、しかもフロント前だったから夕方や朝のチェックイン・アウト時にはうるささも感じたが、それ以外の時間帯は特に気にはならない。 フロントの方々はとてもフレンドリーで親身になっていろいろなことを聞いてくれるので、とても良かった。 部屋も快適である。毎日の清掃は完璧に近く、とても清潔に保ってくれている。 アメニティーはホテルオリジナルではない。また歯ブラシセットもないので、気をつけた方が良い。 朝食はバイキング形式を専用食堂で食べるが、なかなかこじんまりとした部屋で、気に入った。種類も豊富で、特にコーヒーはその場でいれてくれたりもするから、どんどんお願いしてみたらどうだろう。 冷蔵庫には常にペットボトルの水が2本入っていて、無料で飲めるので、外から買ってくる必要はないが、アルコール類は置いていない。ホテルにはあるがお願いすると高いので、外から買ってきた方が良い。 ローマを感じられる素敵なホテルだ。

Clean room, secure location

The room was clean but small and in need of repairs. The shower was super small and leaking, with black mold on the bathroom walls.

Staff always polite and courteous. Rooms immaculate every day with provisions catered for each day.

Hotel close to The Vatican within 15 mins walk and the San Paulo train station within 5 mins walk. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Safe and quiet location away from the hustle and bustle.

La ubicacion es buena la habitacion comoda solo que con problema con el aire acondicionado tiraba demasiada agua en el piso

Overall, it was excellent for the price. The air conditioning didn't work as well. So it was a little hot in the room. It was still good value.

Kein Frühstück, Parkmöglichkei - so gut wie keine. Weshalb musste man bei der Abreise noch € 6,0 pro Person und pro Nacht bezahlen?Sehr ungewöhnlich.

L’accueil a été très décevant et de façon générale, sans enthousiasme, seul un réceptionniste parmi les nombreux que nous avons rencontré était plus ou moins aimable. Nous n’avons jamais vu ça comme si ce personnel était dérangé par quoi que ce soit. Pas de petit déjeuner. Peut-être était-ce annoncé sur le site mais nous n’avions pas remarqué l’hôtel est placé au bout d’une côte qu’il faut escalader. Il y a possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner pas très loin sympathique, mais on peut être refroidi par les distances qui nous séparent de tout accès à la ville de Rome lorsqu’on est fatigués. On ne peut pas redescendre de la maison pour aller manger le soir ou faire une autre activité.

A very nice stay in Alessandrino. The staff is supernice and helpfull. Loved our room with a terrasse. Rooftop terrasse is also great with the view. Nice room and big bathroom . Short walk to resturants, shops , the Vatican, Trastevere. Even walking distanse to Trevi fountain and Spanish stairs. This was all perfect stay.

Hotel is very old and need renovations … you can see mold on the ceiling . Noise isolation is very poor , all furniture old and useless , room very small and have no even bed table for second person , shower is old , fan of ventilation very loud , there is nothing what can you remember about service and comfort. Hotel located up on the hill , all shops and restaurants are down hill , absolutely not worth 120$ + turist tax . Think twice before reservation.
