Funchalの街からバスで10分ほどで静かな環境、ホテル前にある海沿いに続く散歩道がとても快適で お天気のいい日のテラスの食事は最高で海を見ながら至福の時でした

I definitely come back to stay there !! All the receptionist are so so kind and helpful!!! I see many hotels that some staffs are good but not the all but here you can trust any receptionists ! Also they answer any questions by Expedia before I stayed and after checked out too! Moreover replies so quick which helps me a lot! Thank you so much for all you have done! アジア人は私だけでほぼイギリス人だけでしたが、レセプションの方々どなたもとても親切でオススメしてもらったレストランも美味しく、また、ネット経由のメールのやり取りも親切で、他マデイラのホテルと比べても一番早いやり取りができました。施設の綺麗さはそこそこですが、本当に親切にして頂きました！

Loved the location and views from room 310! 2 balconies and very roomy. Will definitely stay there again. Loved breakfast and dinner buffets and sitting on terrace overlooking ocean. Loved piano music. The only negative is the parking. We did find good spots close by and once parked in very very tight parking garage that only has 6 spaces. Overall one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Lovely large room we had 2 balconies the room was very clean. The bed was really comfortable and we had bottled water replenished in the room as well as receiving a basket of fruit. The pool area was nice with plenty of sun beds - pool was a little cold for us. During the day drinks and snacks are available here. Really good area to stay not too hilly and good access to the sea walk. Bus stops within a few minutes of hotel to Funchal town .. hop on hop off bus also stops at the bus stop. Breakfast was really good plenty of choice and we had buffet dinner one evening. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the staff were great. We will definitely stay again and for longer.

Jättetrevligt och fint hotell med vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Fin frukost. Toppenläge med Atlanten framför dig. Bra tips på restauranger. 10 min med lokalbuss till centrum. Hotellet har också en egen schuttlebuss till centrum

Still a very good hotel (my forth visit) even if some parts (bathroom, gym) starting to be a bit worn. Very clean, quite good breakfast (could have more vegan options) and very friendly staff. Like almost all hotels nowadays (post the pandemic), it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and I would not hesitate to come again!

Rent værelse og god service samt UTROLIG flot udsigt med altan. Vi spiste morgenmad på dejlig altan terrasse - Flot udsigt over havet og rigtig hyggeligt. God mulighed for at tage bus ind til byen eller gå de ca. 3 km. Hotellet er beliggende lige overfor stort shopping center.

Beautiful ocean view from our hotel room. Also, just minutes from the Forum Madeira mall, Pingo Doce grocery store, and oceanside promenade. The bus stop was also minutes away for an easy ride into old Funchal. My only complaint about the rooms is that the chairs were very close to the ground and therefore not comfortable for a tall person like me to sit in.

This is our second stay at this hotel and didn't disappoint. All the staff couldn't do enough for you and all happy faces. The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast is lovely with a good choice for everyone. The rooms are kept spotless. From the hotel you can walk into Funchal or 2 euro for a bus outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Will be back next year.

Great location and view of the ocean. Nice outdoor pool and easy access to chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast has good selections and variations. Room was spacious and had fantastic balcony with secluded sea view. Will definitely come back.
