部屋が特に綺麗でした。 壁が薄いのか、隣が騒がしすぎるのか、声が聞こえるのが気になりました。部屋から出口までが遠くて大変でした。

Hotellet har en fin central beliggenhed. Værelserne var fine og rummelige. Vi startede dog med at blive indkvarteret i et værelse der havde en vindue ud mod lobbyen. Altså ingen vindue ud mod “det fri” eller mulighed for at lufte ud. Vi blev flyttet til et andet værelse hvor der var en konstant høj brummen der kom udefra. Umulig at sove i. Vi bliver rykket til andet værelse, hvor brummen er lidt mindre men tilgengæld larm fra indgangs partiet. Fjerde værelse vi får er et upgrade, der vænner ud mod vej og vand. Ingen brummen, lidt trafikstøj. Problemet på Alle værelser var at vinduerne ikke var lydisolerende. Der var næsten ikke forskel på om vinduet var åbent eller lukket i forhold til lyden. Morgenmaden og personale var super. Spa bade området var ok.

Wonderful hotel, comfy bed, very clean. Great breakfast got discount at hotel. Gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, wonderful stay.

Noisy rooms and gym doesn’t open until 8am on weekends.

First time visiting The Galmont, although the food was exquisite, some of the services let it down very badly! Róisín on reception was very good with an excellent check-in! Room 501 is a lovely room

This was a truly outstanding luxurious hotel. Loved our stay here, it was a perfect 5/5 stars in all the ways. 100 % recommend and will stay here again. Also want to acknowledge the outstanding customer service of Gonzalo. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Thank you!

Room was very comfortable. Food at both breakfast and dinner was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel in a great location, easy to walk into town etc.

Lovely Place

Staff was lovely, great location for hotel. Had a very long wait for breakfast of 35mins. So need to be down early.

The breakfast was nice, but could do with the hot breakfast more hot cause it was just warm. The sausages could be cooked more. Other then that it is a great hotel. Good location & the staff are very friendly & great at their job. We have stead here 3 times & we will be back again.

Very nice stay staff are very welcoming very friendly, helpfuland really appreciated the complimentary drinks voucher. Would definitely recommend, Not too far a walk to Eyre Square either.

Booked for 3 people and was given a room with two single beds. No apology for error. Drinks order forgotten in restaurant for dinner. No mention of tray service charge when ordering a sandwich from room service. On hold 20 mins before could order room service. No parking available in hotel car park. Booked deep tissue massages and neother of them were deep tissue.

Beautiful hotel. hotel was quiet which was great for a good night sleep. Room was clean and Beds were comfy. breakfast was brilliant. Huge Variety available to suit everyone. booked for 3 people and for a steep price of 272 euro for one night and my thoughts overall are quite disappointing. Photos of the room were obviously mis leading (1 double, 1 single in photo) as only 2 single beds in the room when we arrived. 2 bottles of water, 2 dressing gowns. 2 of everything. Room not prepared for 3. Roll out bed arrived after a quick call to reception. One dressing gown was stained in makeup so unable to use. Vending machine empty on our floor so had to go to the shop for more water. Decided to dine out in city centre and take the car. Upon arrival back to hotel, car park was full and we got stuck waiting at the barrier for some time. Went to the bar for a drink and to relax and couldn’t find anyone to serve us a cocktail. We were told “there was an event happening and all bar staff were busy trying to accommodate the guests who were present at the event” Had to settle for a more “simple” drink that was “quick” to prepare. This Was probably the most disappointing thing of all during our stay. That service is absolutely unacceptable no matter how much someone pays for a room. Left the bar after the 1 drink and called it a night. Although a beautiful looking hotel with a scenic view of the lake, The cons do out weigh the pros and I definitely would not be returning again.

It was my mother’s birthday and as a special treat they upgraded us and also left a few yummy treats in the room for us on a plate with Happy Birthday on it. It’s little thing like this that make a memorable stay! Thank you

Room is clean but housekeeping is a bit lax. It is in an older building and so we had a little bit of a plumbing problem. The staff was helpful to find solution quickly. Room is spacious and hotel is next to the train station and a short walk (10-15) to the center - very convenient. Love the view from the dinning room and the pub and lobby are great place to chill while we wait for our train.

Good room, after getting moved from the original very noisy (mechanical systems) room they first fobbed off on us. Breakfasts were top notch. Parking in the on-site garage was easy enough, though it sometimes took time waiting at the front desk to have the tickets validated. Very easy in/out otherwise, without any city traffic to contend with. On-site dining (other than breakfasts) left a lot to be desired. Noisy and cold, and the food was just okay. Another hotel on the next block over really sets the bar much higher by comparison. Elevators were quirky, with the floor buttons not staying illuminated once in motion, but they did work. Might stay here again.
