滞在中のこちらからの要望へのレセプションの対応がとてもスムーズで嬉しかったです。 ゆったりとしたお風呂が最高です。 夫に勧められたホテルで、とてもくつろげました。

Facilities and magnificent quality amenities. We could sleep well on nice bed, and enjoy taking bath. Staffs were friendly and took good care of us. Breakast was excellent. Would like to recommend.

ユニオン駅から歩いて10分くらいで近くにストリートカーの駅があるので観光には良い場所にあります。自分はお会いしませんでしたが日本人スタッフもいらっしゃるみたいです。朝食付でスタッフの対応も良くとてもおしゃれなホテルです。もしトロントに行く機会が有りましたらまた利用したいです。

お洒落でとても快適だった。GYMは24時間であるがマシンが少なかった

部屋の充実度、スタッフの対応、食事と飲み物の無料サービスなど、大変満足出来るホテルでした。また泊まりたいと思います。

スタッフの人は、フレンドリーで良かったです。 朝食は、コンチネンタルとあって、それほどでもなかったです。 毎日同じ物だっだので、少しあきました。 でもスタッフの人が笑顔で、話かてけくれたり、親切でした。 部屋はとでもきれいでした。 無料の水も廊下に置いてあるし、ロビーには、コーヒーなどセリフサービスになってます。 ただ、いちいち説明とかはないので、自分でやらないとダメです。 カナダの人は、日本人は好きと言ってました。

When we went to check in, I suddenly realized that there were two locations in the city for Le Germain hotels and I’d booked at the other location. Front desk staff politely informed me of this, and then went to work looking into availability at their property. They got me a room and transferred the reservation. I appreciated it so much!

Amazing stay!

The stay and amenities were great, had an issue with the Air Conditioning the first night…..we were relocated to a room next door which had functional air conditioning. Happy this issue could be solved, communication between hotel and myself was excellent while the work to repair initially.

It’s a beautiful, well-maintained hotel, but best of all, the staff - every person we interacted with was superb!

A stay at Le Germaine never disappoints! Great rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely a treat to stay there next time you’re in Toronto!

Great central spot and jumping off point for much that Toronto has to offer. The room was excellent - clean and cozy, with a well stocked bar fridge, and the shower was amazing.

This is a very nice hotel in a central area, close to many restaurants and attractions. It was not as upscale as I expected it to be, given the price point. Also, the restaurant is under construction and appears to have been for some time (the sign says “Coming Spring 2025”) so on site dining options are limited. Overall a perfectly adequate place to stay but I’m not sure I would rush to return given the limited value for the price.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.
