部屋の中は、一見するときれいそうに見えます。目に見えるところはきれいそうでも、そうでないところは、あまり清掃とメンテナンスが行き届いていないようです。

1) cobro excesivo por estacionamiento, el cual normalmente es parte del servicio. 2) limpieza de cuartos no es diario, es jna sorpresa que es cuando ella lo deciden. 3) drenaje de regadera tapado ( si atendieron a resolverlo ) pero debería ser parte de su rutina de mantenimiento el revisar estos detalles. 4) los elevadores muestran falta de mantenimiento ( urge darles servicio )

The staff were excellent.

All great but some basics of hospitality were missing. For example, when I have booked/paid for 4 people, need to make sure sufficient bedding and spares are kept in the room. When asked for it, had bad attitude by housekeeping. Obviously, front desk staff, breakfast, location and overall property experience was amazing. Will stay again if need be, but will make sure everything is told to them before I arrive.

Great staff and front desk, hotel needs updating. Old furniture and Very old tv. My room had a lot of signs of wear and tear. WOULD NOT stay again despite the conscience of the near by restaurant’s

Our stay was amazing. I had my two boys who have autism with me and the staff was amazing and accommodating. They made sure we had what we needed during the whole stay. The room was spacious and modern. The pool was nice and the breakfast was better than any hotel I’ve stayed at. There was a parking fee but it was very much worth it for how great the property was overall. I hope to come back soon.
