The employees at the front desk were efficient and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. It had a stocked mini bar with reasonable prices. Breakfast was wonderful and included in my rate. The location was very good and close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca.

The hotel is relatively modern, clean, and conveniently located near Palma’s waterfront. Having on-site parking was a real bonus since parking in the city is difficult. Breakfast was slightly disappointing: the eggs were cold and greasy, and the fruit and vegetable selection very limited—though the pastries were fresh and very nice. The real problem was safety. Our main door did not close properly, and several times people walked into our room—including once at 5am, which was absolutely terrifying and unacceptable. The key system was faulty: our card could open another guest’s door, and others could enter ours even with the lock on. On top of that, the balcony and bathroom window locks were broken, and the room safe had no battery. When we reported the 5am incident, the staff were dismissive, saying there was “no evidence” and making us feel blamed rather than supported. As three young women, we felt unsafe and deeply let down. This hotel has potential with its location and facilities, but the safety failures and lack of empathy from staff made our stay very shaken and disappointing.

Fiquei hospedada no final de setembro/25. Quarto limpo, hotel bem organizado, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos além de um café da manhã completo e super gostoso. Foi um excelente custo benefício!

Gik ind på værelset selv om der var sat skilt på døren om ikke at forstyrre.

Très belle hôtel ! Les chambres et terrasses sont top et propre ! Le personnel est très agréable Attention : c’est écrit piscine voisine accessible ( effectivement il y a un hôtel qui nous donne accès à leur superbe piscine mais il est à 9 minutes en bus…)

Large choix de nourriture au petit déjeuner et la nourriture et bonne on peut manger sucré comme salé, le café et très bon, 10min à pied du port ou quelconque restaurant au alentour ou petit commerce. Petit bémol il et assez compliqué de trouver une place proche de l’hôtel pour se garer surtout le soir, ce qui et normale, mais ce n’est pas un problème si vous voulez marcher 5min à pied il y aura de place. Personnelle aimable et accueillant.

Hotel com fácil localização perto da linha de ônibus para o centro de palma. Tem estacionamento pago à parte 11euros por dia. Os quartos são espaçosos e o banheiro também é muito bom.

Can’t beat this place for the price. Good location, close to town but not in town, nice rooms, breakfast buffet was tasty. And A tier service. Even though it’s not a 4 star hotel they did everything in their power to make it feel like one!
