フロントの方が大変親切で助かった。地下鉄でスリの被害にあい、あちこちのクレジット会社への連絡に困っているところを助けてもらった。ギリシャ語が話せないので本当に助かった。話せないところへ代わりに電話を掛けてくれたり、ネットで調べたりしてくれて、素早く対応をしてくれた。

とても親切なスタッフ。中央駅からわずか2駅の素晴らしいロケーションです。ホテルの周りは少しシャビー。レストランなどはあまりないので、事前にどこかで済ませることをお勧めします。コンビニまで歩いて1分なので飲み物などを買うのには便利。

部屋は広くて、快適に過ごせた。 館内のエレベーターが、各階手動での扉開閉が不便かつ怖かった。

４泊５日滞在。ゆったりしたソファー、バスタブ付の広いトイレ、簡易キッチンまでついた14畳スイート。欧州風の間接照明主体なので多少暗く感じるが、とにかく広くて超快適。シンタグマから空港行き地下鉄で２つ目のメガロ・ムジキから徒歩３分。幹線道路沿いではなく住宅街の路地を入った場所にあり、多少わかりにくいかもしれないが、その分静かで、路地の両方向出たところに雑貨屋(夜11時まで)とコンビニ(夜９時まで）があり、飲み物やちょっとした食べ物を買ってアテネ在住気分を満喫できた。当方の都合で５泊目は４星ホテルに予約しており移動したが、大変後悔した。満室でなければ延泊すべきであった。

９月後半に３泊しました。 メトロからも徒歩５分程度で周辺は静かなエリアで騒音もなし。 小さなホテルですが、きちんと手入れが行き届いていました。 お部屋はきれいで広く、バスタブ、小さなキッチンとソファもありで、お家にいるような快適さ。 フロントのスタッフも英語が話せて、とても親切です。 唯一残念だったのはお部屋は日差しがほとんど入らなくてちょっと肌寒かったですが、 寝るだけなので、それほど気になりませんでした。 周辺には観光地はありませんが、空港までもメトロで1本ですし、中心地までも２駅なので、 めいいっぱい観光はしたいけど、手頃な値段で静かで快適な寝場所を希望する方にはおすすめです。 またアテネに行く際には泊まりたいと思います。 ちなみに朝ごはんはお高めなのでメトロの駅前のパン屋さんで食べました。

旧市街からそれほど遠くなく、また新市街の繁華街が近いので便利。室内も充分な広さで快適。プールも良い。ビュッフェ形式の夕食が一人１４ユーロ。

A pleasant and comfortable facility. The staff was kind and helpful and the location was ideal, near the Metro on a quiet residential street. The suite was exceptionally spacious. Great value. We would definitely stay there again.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the hotel staff — especially the gentleman at the reception (whose Greek name I, unfortunately, cannot recall). He was remarkably courteous, friendly, and attentive, offering clear guidance and making every interaction feel warm and personal. He was on duty on Sunday evening and truly made a difference to the overall experience. People like him embody genuine hospitality and elevate the reputation of the hotel.

La recepción es 24 horas, la zona se ve segura, limpia y bonita. La persona de recepción nocturna muy amable y habla perfecto inglés. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes, la cama y almohadas cómodas y todo muy limpio. Nuestro viaje fue en octubre y refresca un poco, por ello como que deshabilitan el aire acondicionado pero me prestaron un ventilador. Definitivamente volvería

Clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly. Convenient location. Just few minutes away from subway.

Excellent accommodations, location to attractions, and staff.

I have been to better properties in my travels. All the amenities and so on. However, I have NEVER had better service at any hotel in my life. We have screwed by Air Canada and had to stay an extra night in Greece. Due to airline issues hotels were booking fast. We tried the holiday inn near the airport but they were extremely high and not helpful. I opened the Travelocity app and look for something decent and found Holiday Suites. From the time of arrival until when we left, the daytime manager (can’t remember his name) understood our challenges and was sooooo accommodating. From travel help, to attractions, to food options, and just helping us relax. If I am ever in Athens again will stay here regardless of any other options available. Kudos to the staff and a special thanks again to the manager.

Vi havde booket Juniorsuite, 9 overnatninger. Suiten var i kælderen, hvilket var fint, dog lugtede værelset nogle dage af kloak. (Ikke voldsomt) Der var rengøring hver dag, som var rigtig fin. Madrassen var lidt hård for min smag, men ikke noget jeg ikke overlever. (Der var dobbeltdyne) Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme i de dage vi var der.
