The hotel is in dire need of an update. The front desk staff were nice but seamed limited in what they could do. The first room we were given had a heater that didnt work. The site mentioned a workout room that didnt exist. I felt more like a burden than a guest. You get what you pay for. The view btw is amazing!

Friendly & helpful staff. The room was clean, mondernized & decent, although the blasting heater through the night prevented a good nights sleep (however, I am sensitive). The continental breakfast was perfect and met my needs.

We had stayed at Super 8 Wyndham Brockville a couple of years ago. We had a great experience. This winter visit however could not have been worse. The room we were given was not cleaned at all!! The floor was sticky combined with massive amounts of pet hair and human hair. I had to throw my slippers in the garbage due to dirt and hair stuck to them. The lamp was on its side in the desk. The sheets were stained with brown spots, there was human hair all over the desk chair and human hair in the sink. It was terrible and unacceptable regardless of cost. I am unphased about paint chips or decor; but being this dirty and full of hair was unclean and unsanitary. Someone parked in our parking spot and was never asked to move. Therefore we had to inconveniently park on other side of the lot. I have photos to prove all of my findings and justified complaints. The manager kindly returned my message and addressed my concerns after a couple of days. I was refunded only half my stay as a kind gesture. This was the most horrible experience. I should have received a full refund. I would not stay at this Motel again. It is disappointing and failed miserably in comparison to our first visit.

We got another room immediately! The smell was horrendous, and there were a lot of questionable people outside in the cold. Did not feel safe, nor comfortable. Things in the room were damaged like the floor appeared to have had extreme water damage.

Waffle maker was awesome. No real complaints. Enjoyed my stay and appreciated the service. If your heater turns off check the plugs on the side of the plug-in not just the plug-in itself.

hair on the beds, they did not change the sheets, and the toilet was not clean, we were change to another room and we had ti change the sheets ourselves at 2 am, and the new room nobody mood the floor, was atill dry dirty wuith foots steps from another people.
