theres no free breakfast,the room is not sound proof,room is warm even you adjust the temperature of your aircon.you can heared the noisy in the other room and the hallway

I have shared a full review with the hotel but the main issues were: Injuries caused by pool hazards and inadequate enforcing of safety rules. Black mould in first room. Filthy bathroom with visible residues on toilet and sink that wiped off thickly. This was in the room they moved us too after I discovered the mould. I have pictures and videos of all. Thank you

Pool .. the kids came to visit and was let to swim

Very clean, elevators oddly located. Pool was warm, kids enjoyed. Lack of parental supervision an issue in pool area. Plenty of towels for everyone.

No issues with anything. Stay is great.

Very nice and clean

Wallpaper hanging off the wall and hair in the bathroom everywhere. I let front desk know they sent somebody up and fixed the wallpaper but did nothing for the cleanliness of the room. They said that they recleaned the bathroom when we went out but they never did because nothing was moved and the hairs were still there. So we had to stay in a room that was dirty for two nights. Front desk didn't seem to care at all. There are better and cheaper rooms in Winnipeg I would recommend going somewhere else.
