ベストウエスタンはよく利用させて頂いてます。 サンタローザ宿泊は初めてでしたが、一階の部屋で車からすぐに荷物の運び入れが出来たこと、静かだった事、なんか雰囲気がとても好きな所でした。 ただ、朝食が有料で、出てくるまで時間かかりすぎで、目玉焼きを両面焼きをお願いしたのに、生状態の目玉焼きがきました。　ちょっと残念！

There is no bathroom door and in the bathroom there is a window with no shades. So you cant have dark durring the day and at night there is flood light that shines on the window so theres no dark at night either. Horrible dont stay here

This was a delightful and unexpected treasure. It was a cute motel from days gone by that has kept up with the times. The garden landscaping made for a restful feeling after time on the road. The little restaurant on premise was inexpensive, the food was good, and our wait staff (Gina) was attentive and personable. When in the area we would go back.

Was greeted by two super nice people. They told me about the area, gave me a map and told me best places to visit in the park. The room was wonderful, clean, quiet and plenty of room.

The small restaurant on the property was most helpful. So good to have breakfast cooked to order and reasonably priced. The food was good and the coffee perfect.

The "hidden breakfast place" on the property is a gem Fair price and our server, Rose, was great. Even the locals havee breakfast there Even the locals

Check in was less than desirable. We were given keys to a room that was already occupied and the people were in it. Suprised and shocked that customer and i walk back to the office together and the apologies happened. Then, we were told that the hotel was completely full. Since we had done a pre paid booking, I asked her to check the other room that was on the otherside. She was stil under the illusion that the it was already spoken for. Anyway, back and forth we went and finally she did what i told her to do and low and behold, that was the correct room and after that, things went fine.

We stayed in room 106, it was pretty close to the lobby and there are parking spots right in front of the rooms. They have a pool and jacuzzi. They allowed us to check out late (noon) there is a dennys just about a block away and Starbucks is right across the street. We only stayed a night but we will return!

This is one of the best hotels in the area very quiet comfortably and affordable
