スタッフの方がとても親切でした。お値段もお手ごろでぜひまた泊まりたいです。朝ごはんのワッフルがおいしかったです。エレベーターがないようなので、重い荷物を２階に運ぶが少し大変だったかも。

Very friendly staff running the hotel. We were there for two nights. Did not get housekeeping after the first night.

The front end manager was super nice and very helpful. The room was ok, definitely nothing fancy. It was clean and well kept. The walls are paper thin and I woke up to a lady shouting German to her iPhone during a parking lot speaker phone call home. The bed and pillows are absolutely terrible. The most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on. Overall, it was ok for the price.

No a/c and confusion over where the booking was made...here or directly with property. Had to leave early due to illness of one of our party and cant figure out who needs to give us the refund.

This hotel does not seems nothing like a Best western. It is old, they do not clean the rooms, the complimentary breakfast is not good,only scrambled eggs, waffles, you have to ask for things the employees hide the jelly, peanut butter, yoghurt is frozen and not ready, not enough variety of bread. I do not recomend this hotel, it is expensibe and not worth it. :(

Freundlicher Check-in. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Es war alles grundsätzlich sauber - sogar die Matratzen. Allerdings knirschte der Boden etwas vom Sand. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Daran änderte auch nichts die moderne und große Glotze Steinwurf von der Ocean St entfernt. Man kommt schnell zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Big Sur, Monterey und 17 miles drive. Restaurants und Shops 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war miserabel. Das Wifi ebenfalls.

The pool patio was nice. The rooms were a nice size.

Close to alot of attractions, eat-outs. Just what i needed for me and my daughter.

In Carmel ist es wie erwartet ziemlich versnobt. Aber das weiß man ja vorher. Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen.
