Staff were very helpful even at night. They will pick you up and drop you off at American Family Field. Soundproofing is rather poor. The room is spacious enough. There is enough hot water for the shower.

This was a nice central location that had alot to do close. Easy navigation on and off highway and quiet overall. The bar was full and food was delicious.

We weren’t to far from the mall. There’s a little stip mall up the street with a few restaurants. The pool wasn’t cold and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was pretty decent. Had the room with the jetted tub and the mini kitchen it was a nice restful weekend. However the tub was loud as ever but my baby enjoyed getting in it with me.

We ended up not staying because there was a snowstorm and your company would not let us change the dates

The hotel was clean, trendy and comfortable. My daughters, loved the pool area, The water and air were warm, so it made it more fun!!!

The customer service (from check in to housekeeping), location, restaurant in building and free parking was amazing. If you are used to staying at fancier/newer hotels, the building/amenities will seem dated. Our room was great, minus some minor traffic noise and other hotel guests which you can expect anywhere. The value of the booking cost is phenomenal, but if you are used to higher end hotels, you are getting what you pay for. Overall, a good stay!

Loved my stay

2 stars...beds were comfortable but very very small. Breakfast was not restocked with food so never got to eat anything. The jacuzzi was luke warm at best and not very clean. Although the hotel itself seemed pretty clean, there was always a weird odor throughtout the property.

My day was not good when I got there. I had to get my blanket replaced because there was blood on it and once I was leaving, I seen roaches in the hallway. Also, I booked my hotel online and once I got there, they charge me again so I had to do a dispute which took forever. The whole experience was terrible.

Awesome amenities and spacious rooms but the pillow top and sham were absolutely filthy and old.The sheets had dirt and debris throughout every layer.Carpet was pretty dirty as well. Several minor maintenance repairs needed. Honestly it has great potential had it been clean you would definitely be able to look past the small repairs and outdated appearance

Great place to sleep if you’re in the area and need a room!
