フロントの対応はとても良かったです。値段相応のホテルですが同等クラスのホテルにある朝食、ロビーでのコーヒーサービスがついていないのは残念です。評価がとても良かったので宿泊しましたが他のホテルでも良かったかなと思います。

Clean room, friendly staff. Only downside was the bed was a bit hard for my liking.

We had stayed in this hotel several years ago on another vacation, so we decided to stay here again since we had such a great experience with the previous stay. This time, though, the hotel was quite dated and worn. Our room was not as clean as expected. It was good, but we would possibly consider staying elsewhere on another trip.

Nice place to stay

Very nice hotel. Everything was fantastic.

Clean room. Comfortable bed, linens, pillows. The bathroom was clean and in good repair. Fridge but no microwave. Coffee maker. Not a new building but well maintained. Large parking lot that was well lit. Some ground floor rooms had a door to the outside. Our stay was pleasant.

Mostly good except < outdoor swimming pool seems to have to be closed for technical; issues > yes this can happen chlorine or switch to cheaper better but more expensive initial salt water pools or close pool to switch to solar etc.

We did not have a bar!!

Clean room and quiet building.

It was a two storey building and I saw no elevators for those needing one such as for older customers.

The staff at the counter was courteous and had good knowledge of the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and there was ample free parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Close to PT Edward Casino and border access to the USA if required.

Well situated hotel, close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Appreciate that they are pet friendly. Our room was on the first floor and had a door directly outside onto a little paving stone patio which had trees around it and 2 patio chairs. It was perfect for us to sit out with our small dog. We will stay there again for sure.

The girl at the front desk was awesome

The staff was helpful with our requests. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was super hot outside but the A/C worked great.It was nice to walk to the bridge, along the river, and eat at the nearby restaurants. We had a really nice 2 night stay!

Very clean room, comfortable bed, great shower, and all functional items. The only thing we missed was a microwave oven but I don’t recall if it was advertised. The best was the a-la-carte (limited options but plenty of them) complimentary breakfast: very well made and huge portions (not your typical low budget buffet). The staff is super diligent and quick. Filtered water dispenser near the lobby. Greenery with benches all around and a dog area in the back. Absolutely renewed premises all around and a great price.

Bed was comfortable.

When I arrived and checked in, my room was not clean - bathroom had hair all over toilet, tub was dirty, and did not drain. On the last night I woke up with bedbug bites on my arm. When I mentioned this to front desk, she advised she would speak to her manager and give me a call back - I got an email stating no bedbugs were found, but my arm has the bites… I just know I would never recommend or stay at this location again.
