観光地の中心部にあり徒歩で観光地に行ける

入り口でアメ、グミ、リンゴと紅茶やレモンウォーターのサービスがありました。VIP会員サービスで2人スパークリングワインをいただきました。 部屋も大きなベッドのツインで、バスタブも広くて良かったです。 ロケーションも繁華街に近くBillaも近く便利でした。

出張で5泊利用しました。旧市街地内でどこに行くにもアクセスがよく、治安も良く騒音などの問題もありませんでした。スタッフのみなさんもとても親切で、インテリアも素敵でお部屋も快適でした。姉も同行していたので特にバスルームとお手洗いが分かれているのが良かったです。コンプリメンタリーのお菓子など小さな心遣いも嬉しかったです。またウィーンに行く際には利用したいです。

レセプションのスタッフの対応が良い。観光スポットにも徒歩でアクセス可能

街中にあり、観光するには良い場所です。室内は綺麗で、ベッドは寝心地が良く、とても快適でした。 朝食はチーズやハムなど沢山あり、スパークリングワインもあり、なかなか良かったです。

　2泊目から娘が合流することになったため、予約後に一名増える旨をメールで伝えました。すると大丈夫ということと、2日目からエキストラベットを入れるという返信をもらいました。3人泊まれることになったけど、部屋はすごく狭くなるかもと覚悟をして行きました。しかし、チェックインの時に広めの部屋にしておいたとのことで、そんなに狭い思いをせず気持ちよく過ごせました。 　また、ウェルカムでリンツの詰め合わせやモーツァルトの顔がプリントされたものなどたくさんのチョコが棚、テーブル、枕の上に置いてありました。水も一本、インスタントですがコーヒー紅茶もありました。薔薇の花も。 　フロントの近くにもカップ、コーヒーが置いてあり、お湯の出る器具もありました。りんごも置いてあり、甘くて美味しいものでした。　 　シャンプーはボディと髪の毛の兼用だったので、持参したものを使いました。コンディショナーとボディクリームもありました。 　朝食の場所も綺麗で種類も結構沢山ありました。クリスマスの時は、ナフキンもクリスマスで、シュトーレンもありました。卵もオーダーでオムレツなども作ってもらえます。 　フロントは愛想の良い人もまあまあな人もいました。 　場所は、シュテファン寺院や王宮、主な通りにも近く便利でした。 　ただ、建物の棟が二つに分かれていて、古い方(たぶん)だったので、エレベーターがあまり綺麗ではなく、初めはちょっと大丈夫かと思いましたが、部屋は綺麗だったので安心しました。 　さらに、2日目に参加した娘の分もウェルカムチョコが貰えるともっとよかったです。 　5泊しましたが、お陰様で楽しくウィーンに滞在できました。お世話になりました。

Nice hotel central to the sites of Vienna. We would stay here again. Clean and nice rooms. Friendly, professional and helpful staff. Great location.

I did not have breakfast at the property and there is no AC in the room just have to open the window.

Breakfast was good. The breakfast room was small and a little difficult to navigate but this is a minor observation and not a complaint

Thermostat by door seemed to make no difference; we set it to 15/16 degrees, it should have made the room feel cold, it didn’t. So we opened the window to freshen up the room; no one mentioned the nightclub/late bar with people talking shouting arguing revving bikes and cars because it’s certainly no asset to a hotel or beneficial to the residents at the front of the hotel, such as us. Talking in a street until 4 am! Staff courteous Breakfast good Bar looked pleasant enough but nothing to attract us in

Majority of Staff were friendly, convenient to the centre walking distance to all areas of Historic Centre, very well located.

Perfect location right in the middle of old Vienna. Rooms were very comfortable and well kept. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. There is a lovely small bar on the ground floor. A nice touch are complimentary tea, apple and cakes.

O atendimento de uma maneira geral foi muito bom. O conforto do quarto e café da manhã foram excelentes. O ponto negativo do hotel foi a internet. O Wi-Fi da habilitação era extremamente instável.
