サンノゼのホテルがとれくて、ここにしました。ホテル自体は値段的にはいいと思います。朝食もちゃんとしたものが食べられます。フリーウエーへのアクセスも良いです。 近くのレストランが少なくほぼ21時には閉まるので注意。スーパーも近くに無かったかな。静かです。WiFiも遅くなかった。1ドアの冷蔵庫が部屋に有ります。

Room was dirty. Stains on the curtains. Garbage on hallways. overall a terrible place to stay.

The lobby was so hot and smelled horrible. This js a non-smoking hotel and you could smell cigarettes as soon as you walked in. AC throughout did nlt work. The rooms were not well cleaned. The headboards of the beds were dirty. Room doors would not cloae properly, you'd have to push or pull to make sure it was secure. Also, pool was to be remain closed, but everyone overlooked the rules. Over all i would rate this a negative 5 everything about our stay was bad.

Nothing like the pictures online, sooo dirty and stinky!!! Bad costumer service. Do not recommend it at all.

Bedding was dirty.

It is nothing like in the pictures. Our room had no water coming out of faucets. Building smelled like cigarette so bad. This place needs maintenance really bad.

Service was nice. Room was awful. Very hot day and no A/C unit. Hole in the bathroom door. Staff said to contact Orbitz and let them know they are offering a 20% discount

Room was dirty. No key(card) for the room. No AC for the first floor rooms.

What I didn't like about the property was that it wasn't the cleanse, and it had a smell. What did like about this place was that it was very easy to check in and staff was good.

Las fotos que muestran en expidia están lejos de lo q realmente es ese lugar el cuarto necesitaba limpieza la carpeta sucia y donde me toco había un cuadro con el vidrio roto estrellado y solo le colocaron un plástico para cubrirlo las alarmas de incendios están tapadas con bolsas de plástico un asco de lugar

dirty trash everywhere nothing like the photos don't be fooled

property was very dirty trash everywhere , trash cans over flowing for days , room had water damage that wasn't fixed missing smoke detector , ripped drapes , entertainment center was broke missing handle house keeping never came by for 4 days , says no smoking but the whole place smells like cigarettes ,don't stay here

Terrible. Just terrible. I booked at hotels.com for a king bed room. Upon arriving I was told they weee out of king bed rooms and I could have a 2 queen bed room for the same price or I could upgrade to the "suite" for $20. After that shake down I proceeded to my room. The garbage inside and outside of this place is disgusting. Garbage cans over flowing. The floors are stained throughout the hallways and had obviously not seen a vacuum in some time. The room was clean however, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag and the peep hole was stuffed with a tissue. I tried to get a soda out of the vending machine and it did not work. I cannot express to you how filthy this hotel is. Stay somewhere else!

Well it's true you get what you pay for in this instance. This place is run down There are crumbs and cigarette buts on the stairs and hallways. The sliding door in our room didn't close so we heard freeway noise all night long. The shower didn't work properly. Looked like the carpet was fairly new but the place overall needs a deep cleaning.

Front desk attendant was really rude and gave us zero information as if we were ruining his night by simply checking in. The room’s fire alarm was yanked out of the ceiling just hanging there and the sofa bed was halfway put back in. Complete hot mess
