駅が近いので何処にでも出やすく部屋は静かで思ったほど狭い感じはなかった。 バスルームとトイレが別になっているのも良い。 ルームキーは1枚しか貰えず少し不便。 フライトが大幅に遅れメールをしたが24時間フロントで待っていると、とても親切な対応で素晴らしかった。

The room is very clean.Good bathtub.

Staffs are not friendly and no helpful. the wall is very thin, you can hear the beside room conversation. Elevator broken and not work after fix too. It's cold in winter, air conditioner can't be controlled at room.

お部屋は非常に広く、設備・アメニティともに申し分ないのですが、エレベーターの調子が悪く、何度も何度もボタンを押さないといけない事がよくあった。

Eiffelと書いてある割には、Eiffelはビルに阻まれてみえませんが 徒歩15分くらいで行くことができました。 周りに、スーパー、パン屋、レストランがあるのでとても便利です。 でも、浴槽付き室が少なくリクエストしてても取れず、シャワーの水がぬるい、シャワルームがちいさく 水で床がビショビショになる、壁が薄いので隣や廊下の音が筒抜けの状況でした。 掃除はきちんとされて、綺麗です。

Eiffelは全然見えませんが、徒歩で15分から２０分で行けます すぐ近くにレストランやバー、パン屋さんにスーパーがあり便利です。 個人的には、リクエストしたのに、部屋にバスタブがない、お湯がぬるい、 部屋の電話がこわれていたのに、エンジニアがいないから修理できないと言われたこと、 壁が薄いので、隣部屋の携帯が鳴った音など筒抜け、 先払いしているのに、またチャージしようとされたことが不満です。 部屋は綺麗ですが、シャワールームが小さく、水が下に漏れて、床が水浸しになります。

シャワーがぬるま湯しか出ない時があったのはマイナスだが、部屋は綺麗で全体的に悪くなかった。

外壁がライトアップされ、明るい印象のホテル。部屋もカラフルで清潔感があった。 立地はセーヌ川に近く観光の拠点として利用できる。

エッフェル塔からすぐそばのホテルで周りにスーパーやカフェなど買い物するにも便利。 スタッフの対応も素晴らしく丁寧でした。 また宿泊したいと思います。

Nice botique feel to the property. Helpful staff treats you nicely. Room was great, a little on the small side but to be expected. Good location to walk to Eiffel, Arc, and many others.

The staff very helpful. We forgot to ask for the room to be cleaned so when we came back we asked if they could clean the room like take out the garbage and provide clean towels, within five minutes someone came and did that. The location was very convenient close to major attractions and fine dinning. I would stay here again if i visit Paris.

L’albergo è situato in una posizione molto comoda, proprio in centro, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e visitare la città. La camera era pulita e il soggiorno nel complesso è stato piacevole. Tuttavia, abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi: non siamo riusciti a ottenere la fattura dell’importo né dall’albergo né da Expedia, nonostante le varie richieste. Inoltre, per la colazione c’è stata un po’ di confusione: non l’avevamo prenotata su Expedia e alla reception ci avevano detto che costava 16 € al giorno per gli adulti e che i bambini non pagavano. Al momento del check-out, però, ci sono stati addebitati anche 7 € al giorno per ciascun bambino. Peccato per questi disguidi, altrimenti l’esperienza sarebbe stata davvero ottima.

Great place to stay

Stayed in a premium room for 4 nights. The room was small, but very clean and had enough room for the 2 of us. Make sure to message the hotel to tell them you want separate beds because they won’t help you after 5pm. Daily housekeeping is nice, though, and they have a mini fridge stocked with complimentary water and soft drinks. The location is great (short walk to the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks, close to many nice restaurants, and close to multiple transit options)

Clean room, nice free afternoon snacks. Very near Metro and city attractions. Hotel was good, but not over the top excellent. Good hotel for the money.

The room was smallish but very clean and modern, with a fridge, safe, powerful shower and nespresso machine. Breakfast however was a disappointment, with insufficient variety of food, and poor service from the attendant.

The hotel was more expensive than what I usually pay for. But I guess, I paid mostly for the neighborhood. The hotel room was small. The carpet was pretty worn down. The water leaked outside the shower door on to the carpet. I could not get the air conditioning to work. Even though the room was clean and maintained well, it did not feel like an expensive place. To be fair, we were hardly in the room and we did not complain about these things to the staff to get them fixed either.
