This Hotel is old but workers are nice friendly and kind.

Ideal for a overnight stay when having a early flight.

This hotel does what it says on the tin. It is clean, VERY compact family rooms, more like a double room with a bunk bed thrown in. Everything is very tired. Never saw any staff but a budget option if you need an early flight from Newcastle.

It was fine for one night to catch early morning flight. Room/bathroom dated but clean.

We booked this hotel due to being a budget hotel right at Newcastle Airport. It's somewhere to put your head for a few hours, don't expect any luxury. Can't comment on breakfast or bar facilities, it was literally just a stopover for us.

Comfortable stay and convenient for early flights.

As many have said, this is a dated hotel with a very 1970s feel. We stayed on a Friday night as we had an early flight the next day, and the car park was very busy (as was the bar, so we ended up eating in a side room). The food was actually pretty good. The rooms were fairly basic but comfortable, and we felt safe the whole time. It was a very short walk to the airport the next morning (I asked if they did wake-up phone calls and got a firm 'no'). Still, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was reasonably clean, so for the price it was quite a good deal. Can't beat the location!

Staff excellent, bar staff spot on but hotel rooms tired.

Bar had happy hour drinks at good prices. Didnt eat there though

A basic accommodation although the bed was extremely comfortable in the bathroom there were signs of maintenance neglect and the soap shampoo dispenser in the bath was empty although the one by the handbasin was full. At 3:15 am when taking a shower it was not the time to call reception for some more shampoo.!

Stayed here 1 night before going on holiday. Room was clean and tidy although dated. Not that, that was an issue as we were only sleeping there. Nice staff. Food in restaurant was good on the evening. Drinks reasonably priced.

Comfortable and clean. Easy 5 min walk to the airport to catch your early morning flights.

The hotel was perfect for a simple pre-flight stay. I'd go for the bar meal rather than the carvery. The carvery gave you a child's plate, had only one roast on and no green veg. Tasted fine but not a real carvery
