プールにアクセスしやすく、子供用のプールもあり、楽しめた。 キッチン付きの部屋にしたが、包丁と冷凍庫が無かった。鍋もひとつしか無かった。

We enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable beds, beautiful view of the garden/pools area. Very quiet especially after 9pm. We will definitely be back.

The room where I stayed seemed dated. For example, no USB power connection was available. The mattress was rather soft.

It needs a face lift, better cleaning, the gym is hilarious- no go- beds were comfy - bathroom feels like a hobbit bathroom. The room smelled like I was sleeping in the pool. A/C unit does not keep up.

Terrible stay, toooo noisy!!! (I got very little sleep!) Pool & hot tub were full of noisy kids ALL the time! Suggestion: have adult only pool, hot tub from 8pm-9:30. Also, parking was limited , I did not go out after I got a parking spot fear of no parking later. (people were non stop circling around for parking) Ps staff were helpful though! Also had 2 live crawling spiders in the bathroom…ugh!

Really nice hotel, very clean and the staff is awesome!! There’s a restaurant with a great patio and view of Kamloops. It was safe and the bed was very comfy!!

Business trip to Kamloops. Convenient location, and worked great. Amenities were not relevant as it was work trip.

They’re doing construction and there were drilling noises (or similar) at 1:30am so I brought it to their attention and they offered me a new quieter room. Noisy and they denied there was any drilling but they were helpful enough in getting me another room at 1:30 am. There was also a bug in my bathroom but that seems to be a problem at some other hotels in the area. The hotel is showing its age (old bathtubs instead of standup showers) but they are renovating. Otherwise the price is right, great location and friendly staff.

Great breakfast!

Booked quickly for a pet friendly room due to a family emergency. When we arrived we were booked into the non-pet friendly part of the hotel. They charged us double the pet fee because of it. I would have been okay with this but our room was not really clean. Clothes from another guest in the closet, fingerprints on the closet doors, and damaged furniture. Not sure how the extra cleaning fee would make a difference.
