プールにアクセスしやすく、子供用のプールもあり、楽しめた。 キッチン付きの部屋にしたが、包丁と冷凍庫が無かった。鍋もひとつしか無かった。

Good location, nice pool area, good restaurant and comfortable beds. Quite busy. It was close to the mall and the highway. A nice stop between Alberta and Vancouver.

We had a large two bedroom room which turned out great with our grown kids. The pool was nice and not too busy. Towels were provided. The restaurant had good food and a decent atmosphere. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great hotel- the pool area was fantastic for the kids- food was great and room service was quick! The hot tub was cold (bath warm) which is my complaint - after a long day of driving I was looking forward to a soak and was disappointed. Fantastic location if you're driving through

We stayed in the honeymoon suite for a night. It was nice and clean, and it had everything we needed for one night.

It was a fine place to stay for the night. Nothing outstanding or impressive or nice. It’s basic, par at best. Another somewhat recent renovation of an old building. Noticeably mediocre but that’s the going rate for $250/night in 2026. The balcony faced inward so there was no real outside. It was the best of options available trying to book the night of my arrival during the wildfires nearby.

Very nice pool, but ice machine not working. Elevator is very slow and when going to third floor the door tries to open at second floor while elevator is moving.

The hotel is maintained well and is clean as expected. Disappointed in the price for a mid-week stay but it is peak season. Very disappointing that the hotel only has two handicap accessible parking and both were in use when we arrived. I had to drop off my husband and park down by the convention area parking. A hotel this size should have more than two accessible parking stalls.

It was clean, they had a kiddy pool for young kids as well and a large pool and hottub which was perfect my kids. The pool area got very loud and quiet time was not enforced which made it hard putting kids to bed and the pillows were way too big for us would have preferred options.

My 40th grad reunion was at conference centre and how convenient to find my comfortable room just steps away.

They have workers who walk into rooms without knocking. Make sure you read the fine print about pets.

The hotel is very run down and dirty, with large stains on the carpet and dirty surfaces in rooms and common areas. The rooms are very dark, dingy and outdated. The atrium and pool area is dirty and wasn’t cleaned at all in the week we stayed there as well as being used as a storage space. The hotel is very over priced for what you receive and no breakfast. I will not stay here again

Great spot, easy access off the highway. My first choice when I travel to Kamloops.
