トイレが故障して水が流れなくなり、修理を依頼したらすぐに対応してくれたものの、その後も止まったり流れたり逆に数十分流れっぱなし（ずっと水音がしてうるさかった）になったりと不調が続きました。 シャワーはぬるくてとても弱かったです。 室内の戸棚の鍵は壊れていて回りませんでした。 掃除をしてくれた後にトイレットペーパーやコップ（洗面台に置いてあった使い捨てのプラスチックコップ）を補充してくれず改めて自分で頼む必要がありました。コップは補充してくれないならせめて捨てないで欲しかった。 掃除後にシャワーブースの床が何かでぬるぬるしていて転びそうになりました。 事前にメッセージから依頼し更にチェックイン時に改めてお願いしていた空港送迎サービスが当日予定時間に待っていても来ない。その時に居た別のフロントの方に聞くと自分は何も聞いていないと言われ、慌ててタクシーに乗る羽目に。 基本的にフロントの方は優しく丁寧で英語が得意ではない私に親切にして下さり、また、施設自体は古いもののデザインが良く立地も利便性が高かっただけに、上記した幾つかの点が大変残念でした。

人気エリアとちょっと離れて静かなホテル

対応してもらったフロントは2人いたが、一人はコミュニケーションが難しい。近くにスーパーはあるか？と聞くと「no」のひとこと(実際は徒歩7分程度のところにあった)。会話で聞き取れないところがあって再度聞いても、声を大きくするとか表現を変えるとか一切しない。ロボットのように同じ言葉を繰り返すだけ。笑顔もなし。 もう一人は近くのレストランを教えてもらったが、全て休みもしくは店自体が存在しなかった。 部屋については、各フロアに一室だけリフォームされてない(と思われる、そこだけドアからしてボロい)部屋に通されたので、少なくとも4ツ星の価値は無かった。 あといくらヨーロッパと言えども部屋暗すぎ。

I thought there is far from porta nuovo station.but if i took a bus only 15 minutes i arrived at front of hotel,room was clean enough,staff they were kind.just i got disappointed because breakfast was so simple.

buongiorno, ho soggiornato in questo albergo in occasione di un concerto a Torino. per quanto riguarda la camera era pulita il personale molto accogliente e disponibile e la colazione soddisfacennte. l unica cosa che mi fa dare 3 stelle nel complessivo è stato il fatto che erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione e l aria condizionata non era in funzione e quindi nella camera era caldo

Endorment de désagréments pour cause de travaux dans l’hôtel…personnels pas à l’écoute..pas de glaçons 40 à Turin..le frigo ne fonctionne pas et prend le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur de l’hôtel dans un autre bâtiment. Je ne recommande pas l’hôtel mais le quartier est tranquille.

Mai avuta un'esperienza così terrificante. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e la temperatura in camera superava costantemente i 30 °C. In reception ci è stato fornito un ventilatore, del tutto insufficiente ad alleviare il caldo. L'hotel era in piena manutenzione, con polvere e detriti ovunque. Anche la nostra camera era ricoperta di polvere e, nonostante le nostre ripetute segnalazioni, non è mai stata pulita. Il personale non è stato in grado di risolvere nessuno dei problemi riscontrati durante il soggiorno. Anche l'impianto elettrico appariva in condizioni precarie: le prese erano montate male, il phon non funzionava e la televisione era inutilizzabile, poiché non si riusciva a vedere alcun canale, né digitale né analogico. Non riesco a capire come una struttura in queste condizioni possa essere autorizzata ad accogliere gli ospiti. È stata un'esperienza estremamente deludente che non consiglierei a nessuno

Die Zimmer waren sauber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit leider waren bei uns die klimaanlage ausgefallen war ein bisschen anstrengend und für Hunde auch sehr gut geeignet

The aircon was not working. I was not told in advance. I got an automated email less that a few hours (11:00) before check-in (14:00). It was not at all what I paid for, I should have in review not stayed the two nights but I had already committed to plans. Had the aircon been the only fault at the time it may have been tolerable but the shutters on my bedroom window didn’t work, along with a host of other switches in my room, the taps didn’t work and the mini bar was not stocked. The foyer and snug were by far the best l’art of the hotel however there was building works everywhere and wires hanging whilst work was taking place.

Aire acondicionado suspendido en el hotel por mandato municipal (así lo explicó el recepcionista), la temperatura era superior a 30 grados centígrados; la caja fuerte y el frigobar de la habitación no funcionan, el último día de mi estancia el elevador no funcionaba tampoco.

L'hôtel est loin du centre de Turin et ce nest pas suffisamment expliqué dans la description faite sur votre site. Dommage

This was no where near a 4* hotel as advertised. No water or tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, cheap toiletries, very tired room with multiple scuff marks on the walls and missing tiling in the bathroom, and only lukewarm water in the shower. The free breakfast was very disappointing, with cured meats clearly out of date, and yogurts which were out of date from a week earlier. We arrived at 9.30am (breakfast was advertised as finishing at 10am) to find most of the food had already gone and were told it was not going to be replenished. The only saving grace was that the bedding and bathroom were very clean.

Ottima la hall e i sevizi comuni. Scadenti le camere che non sono quelle pubblicizzate, almeno quelle assegnateci.
