人種差別に満ちたフロント担当者がいる最低のホテルです。グラスも洗われなかったし、ベッドメイキングも布団のずれを整えただけ。部屋は最下層の壁で外も見えない場所をあてがわれ、かつレイトチェックアウト確約となっていたにも関わらず、そんなのは関係がないと言われ、とにかく酷い対応を受けました。

チェックイン後の部屋に蟻が出たので、家内が大騒ぎして翌日部屋を換えて貰いました。そこもオーシャンビューだったし、そっちには蟻は出ず、家内が金庫の鍵の暗唱を間違えて、普通にはホテル側のデバイスでは開かずに、ドアを取り外して出してくれました。流しに落としてしまった家内のピアスもすぐに水道管を把持してとってくれたし、私がプールに忘れたサングラスもちゃんと保管していてくれて、優しい！

チェックインは遅れる ここのVIP会員を維持するのをまよいます。 場所はいいですが二度と溜まりに行きません。

レセプションの対応は最悪。到着時にロビーでカバンをすられた人がレセプションに助けを求めても、ほとんど知らない顔で、その人がスマホから今盗まれたカバンの中のスマホの位置が分かるから警察に知らせてほしい 懇願しても、ほとんど無視。恐らく、見つかるはずがないからてあっても、あの冷たい対応は全く日本人には理解不可能。また、空港へのタクシーにつき質問して際も、とても面倒くさそうに対応。レセプションの対応は最悪。

立地はビーチの目の前で、アクセス、治安も良く非常に良かった。 客室からは海も見え、各設備の清潔感もあり問題なし。 チェックインの際に少し時間がかかったので少し残念であった。

We really enjoyed our stay at Sol Ipanema. Prime location, the staff were fantastic as well - very attentive to details. The seafood restaurant inside the hotel was amazing, Matt our server was great.

Front desk staff not helpful, Ipanema beach / water across the street had days with an oily sheen, debris, not good for swiming. Had a Uber to airport, front desk staff didn't mention street would be shutdown for a pre Carnival parade - rude!! Average room size, some street noise.

The staff in the restaurant, front desk staff outstanding. Very convenient view of Ipanema beach is phenomenal. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely return

Sensacional: do check-in ao check-out. Nicholas da recepção é uma das pessoas mais cordiais e eficientes que já vi (e olha que eu me hospedo em diferentes hotéis do Brasil toda semana)! O hotel tem uma localização perfeita, quarto confortável, atendimento excepcional, uma vista de tirar o fôlego!!

Hands down the best decision I ever made!!! Being across the street where the hotel provides beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas made this stay extra special!!!! Very good choice. Already planning my next trip :)

The location is great , across street from the beach, walking distance to restaurants cafes bars . They also have towels and chair service. The bed was comfortable . The breakfast was TERRIBLE , skipped It half the days even tho it was included . You can probably book room without breakfast and save the money. The staff occasionally say hello , but mostly walk past you and if you’re lucky don’t run you down . At breakfast three times had staff rush passed me almost knocking down my coffee or food . No one looked back once . Oh and the coffee , talk about terrible unless you’re into burned drip coffee …. On checkout the front desk guy charged me the tax remaining and didn’t look up or say thank you even . Kind of odd for any level class hotel . The guys at door were friendly .
