I stayed here for ten days. It was comfortable. One problem I had was the shower, because there was no curtain, so the floor of the bathroom got wet all over.

Room is nice and clean. There is no lift to access the second floor. If you are staying with family in a second-floor room, you will need to carry your luggage upstairs, which can be difficult.

Pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and safe. Free parking good to have.

Room and overall access of the venue was below standard, considering I had booked into an accessible room in an apparently accessible hotel. Several safety issues during stay, resulting in one fall from wheelchair.

We booked a standard room for 2 nights but was given a Queen superior room no 37 on first floor in front of swimming pool (staff advised it's recently renovated). Clean room and bathroom with microwave, tea coffee and ironing board. Few issues to highlight. Major issue was like a jack hammer noise for 10-15 sec thru the rear wall of bathroom whenever someone probably take a shower in other room. Felt even late in the evening and few times in the morning as well throughout our stay. Front door and bathroom doors doesn't close properly. We noticed our front door was unlocked (after our room was cleaned) when we arrived after our day trip. The door or door closer needs adjusting. Need to pull/push the door to close securely. Same with bathroom door but doesn't close at all. Toaster needed replacement. Feel some cigarette smoke in the room as there seems to be a smoking area under the stairs next to this room. All these issues have been notified at the reception at check out. For us noise issue was a big issue. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Not keen on steps, but there was so much room to move about with separate bedrooms etc

Had an enjoyable two night stay, however the wi-fi performance was intermittent at best.

Plenty of room for 2 teenagers away from parents. We like that there were two bathrooms and good cooking facilities in kitchen.

Beds were comfortable, good secure parking. Appliances and shower head are in need of an upgrade, but otherwise we had a good stay and would recommend

The room was neat and very clean. Shower and bed were divine.

Used for work - rooms were great - had a recently refurbished room. Bathrooms slightly small. Kettle toaster and microwave in room - plenty of tea and coffee facilities

Outside surroundings quite tidy Access to entry was not explained had to go back to reception as key card did not open the door.

Loved the staff's friendliness and trust. It's a humble but great place to stay with lots of good folk surrounding yas.
