Very nice budget hotel. So much better than the Red Roof around the corner. Don't stay in the Red Roof, it is really bad. Best Western was clean and safe and quiet. I was working in and out coming back at midnight, and they were great. Really helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Someone was supposed to call me back about a refund. I was moved to multiple smelly rooms and at 7 in the morning, kids were kicking balls down the halls

Rooms needed updating and rugs smelled musty

Great stay

Easy to get to, room was large. Shower head is falling out of the wall and had to be pushed in. Hallway smelled of weed. Pool looked nice but didn’t have a chance to get in.

The rooms smelled. Noisy people partying in parking lots.

I liked it was close to restaurants and stores.Did not like waiting for a room arrived at 4:00 pm ,check in is at 3:00 ,didn't get roomtill 4:45.

3 nights stay never had room cleaned or clean towels. All water fixtures in bathroom loose, toilet paper holder kept falling off wall. Breakfast skimpy. Never again stay there!

Pool was ice cold, dirty sheets, tv did not work, breakfast options not good.

Very peaceful and within walking distance of IHOP and nice shopping center including sushi. Hot breakfast on Tuesday but cold only on Wednesday and Thursday. Bring your own TP.

It was just OK. The pool was super cold. The breakfast was mediocre. The room and bathroom were not clean. But it was a pitstop on a longer trip.

Only stayed one night. It was a great find.

The property does not have a hot tub even though description says it does. It’s the same temperature as the pool which isn’t warm. Very nice pool but we booked this hotel for its hot tub. Parking lot had broken glass in multiple spots, hotel staff were very nice.

Incredible stay!!

Amazing stay, staff were great. I would recommend establishment to all my friends and family. I stayed at another hotel in Saratoga Springs last month. It was more expensive, not even a continental breakfast was available, although I paid an additional $30 for breakfast, dried eggs, and potatoes. No pool, was not what I expected.

The hotel could use a renovation.

The property is old and there are many better hotels in the area. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself, the ice machine sounds like a freight train going down the hall, our room had separating tiles around the bathtub and someone a few rooms away constantly smoked marijuana stinking up the entire wing. The pool was nice. The room rate was equivalent to much nicer hotels in the area. We won’t be back.
