チェクインしてすぐにテレビが壊れていて、repair manが来ても駄目で、manager が小さな代替のテレビで取り付ける迄に時間がかかり、疲れていたので人の出入りで困惑しました。普段よりmaintainace はしっかりしてほしい。

夕方から早朝までの短期滞在でしたが、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで感じよかったです。 部屋はだいぶ年代ものな雰囲気でしたが、快適に過ごせました。

Tea Gardens Motel was perfectly positioned for our stay, our room was on the shady side which meant we slept well, the air con was very welcoming as it was quite warm.

Great stop over

A good budget option for 1 night. Room was a bit dark but had everything we needed.

Room was in good condition, however the extension power board wasn’t working and then the tv. They replaced the tv with a new one. I exchanged the power board from the next room. Room service replaced our towels but forgot to take all the used towels and forgot to refill the hand soap dispenser.

I had been on the road too long and found this little Gem on a whim to rest for the evening. Direct shot from the Highway, petrol and groceries close by and making it simple and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Room had lots of space and My 6yr old had the time of his life. had a swim in the pool, took a walk in the quiet leafy area around, he found the firepit and BBQ and asked to come back with all his mates and then we made a Giant bubble bath. A 1-night stop for survival turned into core family memory. We will return.

Big room. Aspects of room "tired" and in need of repair (e.g., cracked / broken floor tiles in bathroom, taps in bathroom). Lacks sufficient power points (GPOs) which are supplemented by two cheap power boards. Pleasant outlook from rear of room. Nice quiet location.

We found the motel clean and the staff very friendly.

It was clean and tidy.

No hot water on first night and no offer of compensation. Also staff did not inform us of the lack of hot water. Staff were not very friendly and the room was not very clean.

Room was spacey & clean. Walking distance to club which had very nice Chinese food. Staff were friendly & helpful. Would stay again.

Rang several times, left messages and emails to advise we would be late. No one was there and first room we were given had not been cleaned at all with bedding clearly left a mess from last occupants. Room we ended up in was clean and comfortable but cold and bathroom needed a refresh.

This motel appears to have been an expensive spend when first constructed, but fixtures and fittings are now a little "long in the tooth" and in need of modernising. If you provide liquid soap etc. dispensers, at least ensure they are full when room is serviced. The washbasin soap dispenser was empty as was the shower gel - not very good particularly at the price point of the rooms. Several rooms being serviced with bedding disheveled and unoccupied were left in full view with open curtains; not a good look. We had a quiet and peaceful stay all the same.

Good spa in room, comfortable bed. Loose bed head, smelly wardrobe, power tripped off tv for a while.
