I've previously stayed at the howard johnson two years ago , and the quality and cleanliness has definitely gone down hill. Yes, I understand it's more of a motel but still isn't that clean, especially with the carpet, the walls and the little details.

Very convenient location, clean rooms, some maintenance issues and had to change room. Breakfast was good. Quieter than expected considering it was off the highway.

Light bulb not replaced. Ice machine broken. Sauna/Hot tub out of service. No plug for sink. Leaky faucet. Poor water pressure.

sadly, the pancake maker never worked but is just a little inconvenience

Great staff! Lots of good options for the breakfast bar. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Would stay here again.

There was some chunks of dried clay mudd on the carpet by the entrance clothes hanging area. The entire carpet could use thorough vacuuming especially by the base boards under the sink. The toilet aper holder is mising the roll holder. There was adisturvance in yhe hallway aroind nidnight or 1 am that woke me up. The breakfas wasn't very appetizing.

Carpet is disgusting, bed was terrible mattress needs replacing. Very uncomfortable. Well used. Water in shower took a long time to heat up. Was charged more per night than what i booked room for with no explanation. Breakfast was subpar at best if there was any left.

Broken toilet.

The original rom we were given was occupied, we walked in and it was un-made, dirty, stuff hanging in closet. Were given another room thankfully, it is ok. The bathroom is dirty...around door knob is black... Service was okay...the girl helping me was good, but another girl started laughing when she heard I was given an occupied room, walked away into the backroom - laughing...pretty awful.

Had the laundry service, great front staff and good options in breakfast which included pancakes too.

The staff were very helpful just not successful in setting up the tv. The bathroom had insects (not bed bugs). The breakfast was excellent as were the amenities.
